Great location, large pool area with loungers, saunas and quiet spaces.
Soundproofing in room wasn’t good and our ‘mountain view’ room faced a busy road.

We were extremely surprised with the hotel. Totally exceeded value for money.
The staff was warm and welcoming always, the facilities are great, room was good and location was also very important for us as we only had to walk to Ski slopes (15 min walk)
Food was very good, we had half board option. It's buffet for breakfast and dinner. Always found good options to eat.
Very surprised also with the SPA and Wellness area. Truly amazing and unexpected. Indoor/Outdoor pools, jacuzzi, sauna, gym. Perfect for after-ski day.
The only thing I could share is based on my personal preference regarding the shower and sink set up in the room.
I prefer a closed bathroom/toilet, but this is the only thing I could mention.
There were no issues and everything was extraordinary !

It‘s near from Zugspitze Train and Hauptbahnhof. Just walking distance. We like also the swimmingpool inside.
There‘s no refrigerator inside the room, there’s no complimentary water and coffee or tea inside the room (but there’s a drinking faucet in the lobby), there’s no hygiene kit like toothpaste, toothbrush and others, only tissue and body wash available (but we brought our own stuff, we didn’t ask if they can provide or if it’s available schould we pay, I didn’t ask, sorry). The rooms are supposed to be cleaned every 2 days, but our room was still not cleaned although we hanged the sign „please clean our room“. Please also check the temperature of outside pool if it‘s warm enough or cold. Please add asian food choices if possible in your buffet.
