0n 4th floor with 57 steps. We were never told this. Almost impossible to negotiate with luggage or not; risk to health

Rapport qualité-prix correct
L'emplacement est top, le centre ville est très accessible à pied. La décoration et l'électroménager, l'appartement est bien équipé.
Malheureusement nous avons eu froid. Le ménage avait été négligé. La montée d'escalier au 3e étage sans ascenseur pour monter avec les sacs c'est sportif. Elle date d'un autre temps avec une très forte odeur d'humidité. Heureusement l'appartement est épargné.

Miserabler Service, Appartment o.k., im dritten Stock
VORSICHT. Nach Buchung wird eine Kreditkartenbelastung von 500€ als Kaution gefordert. Diese wird normalerweise nach 7 Tagen aufgehoben. Schäden in der Wohnung sind nicht gleicht erkennbar und werden auch nicht kommuniziert (siehe Fotos). Da die Software des Verwalters unsere Kaution nicht entgegennahm, erhielten wir keine Info zum Zugang. Wir standen zwei Stunden bei Frost in der Kälte. Nachdem Booking.com lange Telefonate führte, ging es über 54 Stufen einer gewendeten Treppe ins Appartment.
