We won't be back but it was a good learning experience for all us.

The location is not good, it's a tiny apartment sandwiched between a loud road and a railway line. It's quite an intimidating area for a lone woman travelling with kids (however laid back they might be!). Having read many more reviews, it seems the host is very defensive of the location. There were a few too many belongings left in the apartment for it to feel like a rented place, lacked professionalism.

The appartment was nice and clean

-It was very noisy during the night. In general the neighborhood is not nice -I had to make a deposit one day before my arrival, but that was not explained anywhere in the conditions for renting the apartment

Nice but very noisy

The apartment interior is nice and clean The location in terms of distance to main poi is perfect, the neighboor it is not so safe The host is very kind and reactive

The apartment is located at groud floor, by one side you have the railroad (20 feet away from the window) and by the other side you have a main road with cablecar running all night long, so it is impossible to keep windows opened

Practical, comfortable, stylish, fun, central flat, good value.

Really well styled apartment. Our teenagers thought it was v cool and we were grateful to have a practical working kitchen so that we could cook a meal together. Easy to follow instructions to gain entry. We used another apartment in Italy for similar purpose and it was a real headache to gain entry but this was really easy. Small apartment but accommodated 4 of us easily. Bathroom is great and has a hairdryer and a fab shower. Iron and ironing board, plenty of wardrobe space, thoughtfully prepared.

We were a bit worried about the area when we arrived as there is the train, tram and road right on the doorstep but actually it’s really central and people in the building said hello and the car was safe overnight in the street opposite. Minutes walk to all amenities. Once we had been there an hour we acclimatised to a bustling French town after having camped in Tuscan countryside. Would definitely have stayed for longer.

It was very hot with no fans, the second bed mattress was very hard and my son couldn’t sleep and the pullout bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable

We had a lovely visit to Dijon visited some sites and had great food. Fantastic location!

Parking was a worry but we parked at Divia park monge which was very close & reasonable priced. We just had to move car and go back in before we got to 24hrs to avoid a fine😊.

Great apartment but its unfortunately located right next to the train line which isn't too bothersome during the day but at night the heavy freight trains run every couple minutes and some last for several minutes. Do not recommend to light sleepers.

Boris, the owner provided us with helpful information before arrival via WhatsApp and was available for any question and help needed. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It is next to the city centre with good restaurants in 5 minutes walking distance.

The apartment is located between railroad and tram. The noise goes on all night. Dusty sleeping rooms are filled with old shoes, helmets, jackets, old computers.

voor een enkekele nacht op doorreis was het acceptabel, badkamer was prima

in de Booking beschrijving staat bij binnenkomst links, maar na openen van de poort moet je rechts zijn. Daarna is het pas links. Dit is verwarrend en bij andere ervaringen met Booking veel beter. Na openen van de link van de verhuurder zelf wordt het makkelijker om de sleutels te vinden maar eigenlijk zou het in de bevestigings email via Booking beter beschreven moeten worden. Voor een verblijf van 1 nacht was een borg van 250 euro, nodig om de nauwkeurige beschrijving van de sleutelzoektocht te openen wel erg veel, in geen verhouding tot een verblijf in een hotel. het was erg stoffig en er lagen zelfs teennagels achter het bed.
