Nothing, impossible to like something in this place.

Everything was terrible, they have no a simple fan. The security is horrible. At midnight a family was trying to open my room. Booking.com should remove this property from the site. And the owner needs to be more honest and remove the world Luxury, because this is everything except luxury.

Poor condition. Pictures don’t reflect reality. Ceiling almost collapsing and the smell is bad too.

The communication with the host and proximity to the center and maybe the parking place near the apartment.

The cleanliness, the flat was in poor condition especially the ceiling. Plus in the middle of the night somebody else came for the same room and disturbed us at 12 am. They also had a confirmation for the same room. The pictures don’t look like as in the reality.

What did I like? Well, it was memorable for the wrong reasons.

Residential area that became dodgy once inside. The front door has been forced and easy to enter, up 2 flights of creaky wooden stairs to a very small loft conversion. Totally inappropriate for the 4 of us but ok for 1 in an emergency. Ad photos were misleading and seemed to be showing the flat below. Inside it has 1 small bed, 1 old and uncomfortable sofa with metal joints protruding. The whole place looked like a decoration job half finished, with corners left rough, unclean, noisy hot water tank and a charming bathroom light hanging on by its wires (see photo). This place should not be legally offered to rent, let alone on Booking.com. Avoid.

absolutely nothing this was the worse experience that I ever had.

the property allocated for our stay was not the one showing on the pictures on the website. the entrance door was broken , the in side was extremely smelly and unsafe . the windows broken was unable to open them to get fresh air for my kids . no curtains for privacy as the studios was on ground floor. no lighting in toilet and kitchen. strong smell of urine in the linen and the beds. one of the sofas bed was broken . the management of the property was extremely unhelpful , I arrived to the property we had to wait for 2 hours to receive the excess code . the email was send with all the codes after waiting outside the priest with my kids tired. the host was very unhelpful , we asked for better property that I booked online as the one given to us was not the right one, they replied that that they can only provide that one. therefore I strongly advice booking . com to remove this property from their listing as it will bring their reputation into disrepute. i kindly request a full refund of my money as this property was not fit for living and does not meet the standard that BOOKING.COM advertise.

Apartment were on ground floor. You can park directly in front of house. Close to the historical city center.

Apartment was obsolete. In kitchen no lighting. Garden behind window obsolete. Very small toilet in living room - you need to keep doors open during service :-).

Disappointing

Location is good. Self check-in is also good.

The apartment is called "Luxury Suite" but there is nothing luxury in it! The premises does not match the photos provided on the site. The actual number of people for comfortable accommodation is 3. Maximum 4. One of the sofas in the living room was broken. Even when one person sleeps on it, it risks to fall to the floor. There is no light in the toilet. There is no light in the kitchen. There is no hot water in the kitchen tap. There is no basic soap in the bathroom. It was not possible to connect to the declared Wi-Fi. The apartment was booked for 5 people. But the bed linen has been provided only for 4 people. And only 2 towels have been provided. After the call, the issue with the bed linen has been resolved. As for the towels we were offered to take them on the dryer, but they were very wet. Despite the warm weather outside, HEATERS WORKED in the apartment!!!! The living room and bathroom have such hot radiators that one can be burned. We had to cover the radiator with one of the wet towels in order to somehow breathe.

Essential Is missing

Good price, easy to reach by car and find parking

Apartment Is good for 2. The sofa-bed, when opened, Is not horizontal so not good for sleeping. We were 2+2 but the owner forgot to provide bed sheets for the sofa-bed; It can happen... When contacted brought us something, but still 2 pillows and BLANKETS were missing. Contacted again 2 times never answered or showed up. That's unexeptable: dicember Is freezing you can't sleep Just with lower bed sheet... We had to sleep in 3 in Queen size bed while my husband slept on the cauch freezeng.

La honte de louer ce genre d'appartement

J'ai pas apprécié le fait quand arrivant le lit ́ ne soit pas fait et niveau propreté cela laisse à désirer je déconseil. Niveau rapport qualité prix c'est honteux. Et je vous partage les photos de mon arrivée c'est une honte lit même pas fait je me demande si les draps été nettoyé j'ai du en racheter car j'aime la propreté.

A fuir !

Insalubre. Poignée de porte cassée. Poignée de fenêtres cassée Salle de bain très sale Matelas tâcher +++ Des vêtements qui traînent ( préservatif/ strings...) Four dégueulasse Câble électrique apparent dangereux. Nous avons fait le choix de partir plus tôt et ne pas dormir sur les lieux tellement c'était sale.
