J'étais à 200m de mon centre d'examen, ce qui était vraiment agréable. La climatisation dans la pièce basse était salvatrice pendant cet épisode caniculaire. Et la réactivité et l'adaptabilité des gérants était vraiment agréable, je les remercie vraiment.
On entend absolument tout ce que font les voisins, mais je ne pense pas que les propriétaires puissent y remédier. Et la pièce principale n'est pas climatisée et est difficilement ventilable il faisait plus de 30°. Mais fort heureusement, la chambre bénéficie d'une climatisation ce qui était vraiment très agréable.

Unsafe for families with young children. The apartment has steep, sharp stairs leading directly down from the living room floor into the basement bedroom. This open floor opening is extremely dangerous for toddlers and young children, as there is a huge risk of falling. I highly recommend that families with small kids avoid booking this place for safety reasons.

Le logement est très bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Il est très propre et décoré avec goût. La disposition avec la chambre en sous-sol est très originale.
L'isolation n'est pas bonne et les voisins au-dessus étaient très bruyants. Il n'y avait pas de tasses, juste quelques verres. Ce serait bien de mettre à disposition quelques capsules de café ou de thé.
