Tidy comfortable apartment, although next to the street, apartment is quiet inside. Easy walking distance to centre of Dijon, off street car park available. Good instructions from the host, property was easy to find.

Molto gradevole

Appartamento nei pressi del centro storico (10-15 minuti a piedi dal palazzo dei duchi), in zona silenziosa. Ben accessoriato, abbastanza spazioso. Il gestore è molto gentile e il check in facile; si trova parcheggio auto in strada vicinissima.

La corte esterna all'appartamento è trasandata e ci sono rifiuti. Dentro la casa, una cosa migliorabile è la porta scorrevole del bagno, che è poco fluida e va spinta con forza

Très confortable

Très bonne communication par message, aucun souci pour trouver l'appartement, un peu plus pour se garer en soirée mais nous avons trouvé. Il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour. Les lits sont très confortables, il fait très calme et la clim est un vrai atout.

Il ne faut pas être un trop grand gabarit parce que la douche est dans un coin (on a quand même pu se laver 🤣)et la mezzanine avec un escalier que je n'ai pas osé emprunter 🫣 mais un de nos fils était content d'y être seul 😉

Gute Voranreisebetreung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bittet viel Platz. Sauber und komfortabel.

Die Dusche hat zur Zeit nicht funktioniert. Man konnte sich dann am Waschbecken sauber machen.

Ubicación perfecta para ir a visitar el centro histórico. Además, es un barrio que se puede aparcar fácilmente y gratis.

Parfait ou presque. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Logement propre, lumineux, très bien agencé pour 5 couchages malgré la taille du logement. Proche du centre-ville et des facs. Lit super confortable. Oreillers, couettes, linge de toilette et vaisselle à disposition, ainsi que de quoi se préparer un petit-déjeuner.

La porte de la salle de bain ne coulissait pas. La porte d'entrée du logement est vitrée et ne permet pas de dormir totalement dans l'obscurité. Mais ces deux points ont été signalés au propriétaire qui va procéder aux améliorations nécessaires.

L'emplacement, l'appartement en RDC tout équipé, bon rapport qualité prix et propriétaire réactif.

Le logement à côté était en travaux et les camions des ouvriers bloquaient notre entrée dans la location

Casa pequena mas acolhedora.

A casa é pequenina mas com tudo o que é necessário. A cama no piso de cima é engraçada com umas escadinhas só para essa parte da casa. Estava tudo aparentemente limpo. É uma casa ótima para um casal com filhos ou dois casais.

Embora tudo esteja funcional, já precisa de alguma manutenção. A casa tem um odores desagradáveis (cheira a esgoto, e a mofo) apesar de estar limpa. Precisa de ser mais ventilada.

Merci de nous avoir accueilli, moi et mes enfants de 6 et 9 ans. La chambre est au calme, la mezzanine aussi, on y a très bien dormi. Propre, bien équipé, et bien placé. Literie confortable. Parking gratuit dans les environs, commerces à proximité à pied. Hôte réactif, et très agréable.
