OK but unfriendly 'reception' arrangements. This Is NOT a hotel, it is student accomodation let out

I could not find the email with entry instructions. I rang the number on the reception window and spoke to a rather unhelpful woman. Only when I rang again and persisted did she arrange for someone (who was already in the premises) to come and help me access the keys.

Cheap spot in Dijon, perfect for (ex-)students or backpackers

It’s CHEAP! (Which is not easy to find!) It’s a studio in a student housing complex, so it’s not a hotel or an appartment, keep this in mind. It’s a clean little studio, nothing special to say about it. I appreciated the towels (!) and the little shower gel given. Also, there’s FREE parking on site, in the student complex!

The shower head can’t be hung up because the holder is broken, it would be handy to fix this. The railroad is next to the building, you do hear the trains passing by even with the windows closed. BUT I didn’t notice a lot of trains, just a few the entire evening. I’m a deep sleeper so I can’t say if there were trains during the night. But if you’re someone with a light sleep, this might not be the ideal place for you.

Quiet Place with Inconvenient Check-In

The location is rather quiet, except for when an occasional train passes by. There is a cheap supermarket around five minutes on foot from the accommodation.

Before check-in, I received instructions on how to retrieve the room key. Though, there was no key at that location when I arrived at around 4 pm. Thus, I called the phone number mentioned in the message and on Booking, texted it, and sent a message through the app. No answer on any of the channels. After around 30 minutes, a woman showed up and handed me the key in an envelope.

Good

5 minutes walk to the tram Line 1. Coffee maker machine was really of help. Comfortable bed, wide enough for two persons, who are collegues :) A wardrobe, a table, two chairs. Wifi connection was ok. Quiet street.

I had to wait 30 min until the lady with the keys arrived, though I was supposed to get them at 15.00 in a special box. But there was nobody (administrator on holidays) to address to. So I waited in despair for someone and I was 30 minutes late for the meeting. Also, when we were leaving we had to tide up the room, to put the sheets and the towels into the bath tube, to empty the garbage bins, to wash the dishes, but the price was good, so I find it reasonable and acceptable in this case. Good that we had enough time in the morning to do this.

Les clés sont déposées dans un coffre fort, facile à récupérer à toute heure ! Le gardien très agréable et sympathique s'est présenté pour s'assurer que je n'avais pas eu de soucis pour les clés. La résidence est calme.

Les draps et serviettes étaient propres. En revanche, la couette sentait fort, bien que les draps qui la recouvraient soient propres.

La localisation est impeccable pour moi qui devait me lever tôt pour aller à l’école. J’ai beaucoup aimé y rester. Je recommande.

La luminosité de la chambre est très faible. Mais en dehors de ça tout était impeccable.

Accès très pratique avec code porte et boîte à clefs, il y a des places de parking dans la résidence. Le côté pratique pour faire à manger sur place (micro-ondes et frigo). Super literie propre et très confortable. La résidence est plutôt calme Bonne communication avec la personne qui gère le studio, explications claires

Point à améliorer La propreté du frigo et du bord de la baignoire ( sous la paroi en verre amovible) Vérifier les équipements ( bouilloire utilisée précédemment pour faire chauffer du lait 😮) Et mettre une éponge propre avec du produit vaisselle Et ça serai top

Le lit etait pas trop mal

L'appartement était sale: les toilettes y compris. Il n'y avait qu'une fourchette, pas de torchon, une seule petite assiette, une éponge sale et vieille......, pas de prise à la lampe de chevet .....que la fin d'un rouleau de PQ, un très mauvais écoulement de la baignoire .....

Résidence agréable dans un quartier calme et proche de tout.

Emplacement idéal pour moi. La résidence est à quelques minutes en voiture de toutes les commodités. J'ai apprécié être côté "jardin".

Il fait un peu chaud pas de la climatisation et des claquement des portes régulièrement mais c’est ca pas un souci Le plus désagréable C’est sensé 36 € par nuit mais finalement je découvre que 45€ par nuit escroquerie en plein dent déçu

L’emplacement près du Palais des Congrès ou j’avais une A.G. La propreté, l’équipement (j’ai quand même été obligé de changer les piles de la télécommande de la télévision), le calme.

Le message d’accueil avec les instructions d’accès que j’ai été obligé de réclamer.

Basique et pratique néanmoins pour 2 nuits sur place non loin du Palais des congrès.

Manque d’éclairage dans la résidence côté parking , pour emprunter l’allée conduisant à l’entrée de la résidence. Je suis tombée en ayant trébuché sur la bordure qui d’ailleurs était cassée, j’ai avancé à tâtons. L’idéal aurait été que le bordure de ciment soit peinte, pour se démarquer du revêtement de l’allée. La mise à disposition d’un ventilateur serait indispensable pour rendre confortable le studio au rez de chaussée. Un distributeur aurait était utile pour une bouteille ou une conserve , un en cas.

Sale, odorant, inconfortable, frais supplémentaire, 0 communication de la part de l’hôte

La sécurité n’est pas en norme manquant un détecteur de fumée dans l’un des studios réservés. Endroit sale et odorant (du sens bon a dû être acheté pour essayer de vaincre l’odeur) : matelas taché, taches de nourriture dans les tasses, sol collant et je ne parle pas de la couche de poussière sur les meubles et derrière la télé… Le comble : rien à disposition pour faire le ménage… De l’électroménager par ci par là selon les studios : un sèche cheveu dans le 20 mais pas dans le 16, une cafetière cassé dans le 20 mais pas dans le 16, une malheureuse théière dans le 16 mais pas dans le 20. Ce qui nous a obligé à se restaurer dehors tous les jours , ce qui a engendré des frais supplémentaires. De plus, nous avons dû partager la télécommande entre les studios car il y’a sûrement eu un changement de télé mais pas de télécommande…

Dijon est une très jolie ville et le logement était pratique.

Sa situation proche du centre ville et le parking gratuit. Couchage OK Propreté des draps et serviettes OK

Pas tout à fait conforme aux photos… Studio un peu « dans son jus » mérite un rafraîchissement et propreté des sanitaires moyenne. La TV fonctionnait moyennement (les images se pixelisent)

La cuisine était très sale ! La seule tasse pour deux était vraiment sale , les verres étaient très sales la bouilloire et le sèche cheveux inutilisables et la baignoire inutilisable non plus car il y avait tellement de calcaire qu'il était impossible d'actionner le pommeau c'est une honte de faire payer cela.

Lage ist gut. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch in die Innenstadt kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Weiteres Plus für mich war die Badewanne

Nicht wirklich sauber. Boden klebte, Überall Staub, kein Handtuch zum Geschirr trocknen. Keine Deko oder ähnliches, daher ein bisschen das Feeling einer Gefängnisszelle.

Godt bud på et budgetvenligt valg i Dijon

Overnatningsstedet ligger lidt væk fra Dijon centrum, men det var en dejligt og roligt kvarter. Det ligger rimelig tæt på en togstation, men larmen derfra generede dog ikke os. Til prisen er det et super godt bud, hvis man rejser på budget, og man har brug for noget småt men godt. Det var nemt og hurtigt at få fat i nøglerne.

Der kunne være bedre rengjort - særligt på væggene og fodlisterne. Derudover kunne badeværelset bruge en renovering. Brusehovedet i badet kunne ikke sidde i en ordentlig højde, hvilket var træls. Det var rimelig varmt om natten, og da lejligheden ligger i stueetagen, var vi ikke komfortable med at sove - blot noget at være opmærksom på.
