Location and facilities. Everything we needed was there. And outside short walk to lovely areas of Dijon. Parking was very good, outside apartment, and if full, lots in the vicinity.

Spacious clean and very close to town centre. Ground floor makes luggage easy.
Described as free parking but actually there are parking charges in the street where the apartment is located.
