Good place to stay when you want to explore Dijon.

Apartment at a very quiet location in an interesting court yard. Plus excellent location to explore Dijon. Close to station and close to city centre. Good bakery and restaurants nearby.

On the whole, nice place, but bit awkward to open windows because apartment is in a court yard and has window shutters. However, it can be ventilated.

Wonderful apartment near Darcy Park with free gated parking!

If I could give this apartment 20 stars it wouldn't be enough! My husband, our son and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is located 3 min by foot from the beautiful Darcy Park where there is also a playground for kids. The scenic Owl Trail starts by the front entrance to the park, so it was the perfect starting point to explore Dijon. The apartment is very close to the historic downtown, and Monoprix is about 7 min away on foot. There are free parking spots right in front of the apartment, and there is overflow parking underground, which is also free. We felt very safe because the courtyard is gated, so no passersbys could mess with the car. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, so unloading our suitcases was very easy. Key retrieval was extremely quick and easy because the apartment owner provides very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. The place was very clean, the bedding was ample and comfortable, the bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable, the whole apartment is beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, there is a vent in the bathroom to keep the humidity in check. All in all - you can tell that the owner cares about the apartment and about the people who would be staying there. We have no complaints whatsoever. The owner provides travel brochures on what to do in and around the city and we were glad to find the map of the owl trail in the apartment - thank you!

Perfectly located and well appointed. Great contact with the owner.

Very handy to the station and to the Centre of the historic Centre. Everything was walkable or accessible by public transport.

The Wi-Fi and TV failed while we were there. It was a technical problem that could not be fixed without specialists. The owner quickly provided a mobile hotspot but because of the location there was a very poor signal. We were there early autumn and the appartment felt stuffy. If would be more difficult in the heat of summer.

very well located… walking distance from Dijon train station and historical center. If you want to try french fingerfoods and wine they offer nice kitchen were you can do basics food and choose good burgundy wines from locals market. Was a surprising experience.

Front door is glass … totally trasparent , besides of the curtain its does not gives you privacy…. they should Change !!!! There is no view ….but if you close everything you can be in your own world ….

i reallt don’t understand why people gave 10 point for cleaness

the location 3-4min walking distance from Dijon train/ bus station. Dijon is pretty small town that pretty much all the tourist spot is very close ti each other.

the location, instruction how to find the apartment and how to use the facility is good. HOWEVER, this place is not clean at all!!! everywhere especially near the bed, the lamps near by the bed, the towels and all greasy plates and cups were the worst experience i’ve ever had. Before i wrote this review, i texted the owner that they need some imprevements about cleaning(with the pictures i took)- the lamps and tables which looked like they never wiped up -they didn’t get back to me with any further comments, they just offered they’re gonna give us extra discount if we visitited them once again.(i would never by the way) - if you are looking for a place clean, not the option - you don’t care and looking for a reasonable price 👉the location- good 👉explanation about the direction&apartment-good 👉cleaness- very very bad(plates, cups, dust all over the bed, towels)

Clean, spacious, very responsive host. When we arrived, there was no wifi, the host came at 17:30, presumably right after his work. He got on the phone with his ISP and resolved the problem in no time.

Location, close to railway station, light rail, shops and attractions. Room was clean with all facilities required. A very quiet location. The owner met us on arrival and showed us where everything was.

Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Dijon.

Our host was flexible and helpful with our check-in time which should have been 6pm. Our train arrived at 4.30pm and the host very kindly waited for us at that time. She took time to explain all the arrangements in the flat and gave us a paper copy of 'The Owl Trail' - a trail around the city which we did the following day and absolutely loved. The apartment was a small but very modern refurbishment in an old courtyard and set back off the road behind some gates with a lock. It was beautifully decorated and very clean and the facilities were excellent. The location was great - two minutes walk and you're right in the centre of Dijon. We would love to stay there again.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our purposes as a retired couple en route to Italy. We had a two night stay and were extremely comfortable and cosy. However, although there was storage space for suitcases under the bed, there were no drawers or hanging space apart from a few pegs on the wall, so that might be difficult for someone planning a longer stay.

The location was excellent. The owner was very helpful at check-in and checkout was very easy. It was nice to have the parking place just outside our door. The appartment was comfortable and very well equipped. Also quite cool even in the hot weather.

We definitely come again

The apartment is very clean, renovated with the exquisite taste and love, with everything necessary inside. The hosts offered coffe, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits, bonbons. Also we could use oil, pepper, sugar, salt and all necessary small things for the first days if we would need to stay longer than one day...For these hosts the it’s not the means of earnings, they want the people to enjoy!

Charmant studio à proximité immédiate de l'hyper centre

Charmant studio, très fonctionnel et joliment décoré, très propre, à la literie très confortable. La salle d'eau est suffisamment grande et pratique. Bien qu'en rez-de-chaussée il est à l'abri des regards, car aménagé en conséquence. Le studio est très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de l'hyper centre de Dijon. Pour ceux qui sont en voiture la possibilité de se garer dans la cour est un gros plus. Les instructions pour l'arrivée sont très précises et Gérard est très arrangeant. Nous avons apprécié que le ménage soit inclus dans le prix.

Le seul point négatif, c'est le fait que le studio donne sur une cour, heureusement très peu passante. Il est compensé par le fait d'avoir un parking sur place.

La place de parking est un véritable avantage quand on connaît la difficulté à se garer.

Il manque une petite machine à laver. Le fait également de devoir sortir et revenir déposer la télécommande du portail. Un digicode serait plus pratique.
