Joli appartement, superbe localisation, propriétaire très réactif et sympathique.
L’appartement mériterait d’être mieux nettoyé : poussières, papiers,mouchoirs et cigarettes d’autres locataires précédents…

L'appartement est idéalement situé. Tram juste en face qui nous amène au centre-ville et gare; boulangerie et intermarché dans la rue d'en face.
Il manque des rangements pour les affaires si nous occupons les deux chambres. Une penderie ou armoire serait un plus dans la chambre mezzanine. Il faudrait vérifier toutes les télécommandes de tv.
