Great spot close to everything you'll need in Dijon.

Wonderful apartment, with all the essentials you need. Spacious and so close to the historic sites on Dijon and minutes from the station. The large living/kitchen area gave lots of opportunity to spread out, let alone the welcome gifts from Jeremy, made this a great place to stay.

Quirky place walking distance from town.

This quirky apartment is perfectly located to wander into town. The area is quiet and safe and on-street parking is ample for a small cost. Mini market and some shops nearby and the proximity to the pedestrianised part of town is a winner. The apartment is in an older building with a sloping floor and some other unusual characteristics which add to the place rather than detract. Our host was most helpful and I would recomment this place to anyone except those with mobility problems who might find the creaky stairs a challenge.

Only negatives were the trip hazard entering the kitchen where the new and old floors don't meet and the need for a pedestal fan or similar for when it is hot. A little pricey for my liking but generally France isn't that cheap and I did know what I was paying!

Clear instructions from host who was easily contactable and responded quickly. Clean apartment in a central location.

Only issue was the bathroom and bedroom doors could not be shut which would have been preferable for privacy.

Within walking distance of the beautiful city of Dijon, a lovely stopover spot.

Communication from the owner was fantastic at every step. Clear instructions on how to get into the property as there wasn't someone to meet us, but it wasn't needed. Lovely apartment, clean and light. Good facilities for what we needed. We were using it as a stopover for the night.

I didn't realise the second bed was a sofa bed, although it may have said this in original description, just meant my two teenage boys had to share. Only a minor thing really, probably me not reading properly!!

Lovely apartment, nicely located and clean

This apartment was perfect! The location was perfect! Everything was fresh and clean. Nice Nespresso. Jérémy was extremely helpful. Communication with him was easy and thorough. We found parking right in front of the apartment. It is 2 flight stairs up. But we managed with our baggage. You can easily walk to the old town. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Dijon.

Very pleasant accommodation and well located

We were warmly welcomed. The key handover went really well and without any problems. The apartment is very nicely decorated and located only a few steps from Jardin Darcy and Porte Guillaume. It was no problem to find a parking space for the car. We regretted that we were only staying for one night. I can well imagine spending a week here.

Right away, I can't think of anything negative that would be worth mentioning.

L’emplacement dans un quartier calme . Proche du centre ville , facilement accessible à pieds, transports publics proches. Même si l’appartement se trouve dans un vieil immeuble, l’intérieur a été rénové , Il est confortable , propre et bien aménagé . Le livret explicatif , mis à disposition par les propriétaires , est très bien fait , les consignes sont claires et les informations pertinentes.

Par grand froid, deux degrés de plus le soir et le matin ça aurait été agréable, il faut prévoir des gros pulls , les couvertures mises à disposition nous ont été nécessaires

Apartamento cómodo, camas cómodas y cocina muy bien equipada. A 3 min de la estación de tren y la parada del tranvía y a 10 minutos a pie del centro. Aunque el edificio es antiguo, el apartamento está reformado. Jérémy estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nuestra comodidad e incluso nos dejó unos detallitos a nuestra llegada.

L appartement est très joli, vraiment très propre et bien équipé . Il est à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville et de la gare. Le propriétaire est disponible et attentionné. Nous reviendrons volontiers !

Замечательный хозяин квартиры. Был всегда на связи и отвечал на все вопросы. В квартире есть ,абсолютно, все для комфортного пребывания. Квартира просторная. Удобное расположение, как по отношению к вокзалу, так и к достопримечательностями. Так же отмечу, что в квартире есть буклеты с полезной информацией. Ambiance cosy et chaleureuse avec espace pour un appartement cosy à proximité du centre et du parcours de la Chouette qui permet de découvrir le cœur de Dijon ! Équipement adapté avec une petite attention en plus à notre arrivée pour la bienvenue de la part de Jeremy ;) Indications au top !

L’extrême gentillesse et serviabilité de Jeremy. Un logement parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. Des petits cadeaux de bienvenue et une attention pour le premier petit-déjeuner bien qu’il ne soit pas inclus. Et de plus pour un logement très proche du centre ville, le calme pour une bonne nuit. Merci à Jeremy de la part de Laurence et Alain.

Rien à signaler, nous nous sentions vraiment bien dans l’appartement.

La casa, super attrezzata, in posizione ottimale, vicinissima al centro e molto pulita. Jérémy è un host gentilissimo, per darci il benvenuto ci ha fatto trovare marmellata fatta in casa e panini dolci per la colazione! Davvero molto carino!

Mail très détaillé reçu le jour de notre arrivée pour expliquer comment récupérer les clés, l'étage et diverses autres informations. Appartement très propre, très bien équipé. Un cahier explicatif avec différentes adresses de resto, pour visiter, des consignes.... Il y avait des jeux pour les enfants. L'appartement est calme, très bien situé. Bref, rien à dire. Tout était parfait.
