Good, but no real parking

Good style and working air conditioning. Easy access, and very nice and responsive staff. Internet works great, TV works, and the freezer works very well.

I don't like when booking housings are announced as parking included but there is no secure parking. Parking is on the street,so it's not secured and if you are travelling with lots of things you must unload it all. The parking was quite full (we parked 1 and a half blocks away, and it's paid parking, with a time limit after which it becomes very expensive or you get a fine. So, watch out. I don't like to have to give a 400€ deposit and then have to wait a week to get it back (or not), I find it quite abusive, particularly since the place is a bit worn out: walls with some stains and marks, sofa is not the cleanest, kitchen table is placed atop 2 wooden blocks because it's imbalanced, stove had one broken burner, etc. it's not perfect so you feel afraid of leaving such a high deposit. In the end it worked well, but the feeling during the stay was not great. The stairs are a bit dangerous specially with kids and even though there is an aircon, it cools upstairs but downstairs at the sofa bed it's hot. This is not too important but should be taken into account.

A clean and quirky flat in a good location.

The apartment was clean, comfortable beds, spacious and a good location, also felt safe in the building.

The main issue we had was being made to pay an extra 400 euros as a deposit when the one night stay only cost us 90 euros. We had internet issues and did not realise that the deposit hadn’t gone through and because of this, we were not given our PIN code to get in the building. We were stuck outside for two hours with three children and felt like we were treated like criminals regardless of already paying for our stay previously. Bad service and a very nonchalant attitude from the person when we tried explaining our situation. There was only space for three of us to sleep and an extra sofa bed not made up. We were a family of 5. The shower didn’t have any shower gel. It lacked instructions and customer service. We were upset by our experience.

Would definitely stay again

The property was spacious, very clean and exceptionally furnished. It was about a 25 minute walk into the centre which we didn’t mind because it was very pleasant

Noël à Dijon

Le logement était propre et correspondait bien aux photos du site. Facile d'accès (bien situé), très bien bien expliqué, quartier calme. L'hôte a été très réactif dès que je l'ai sollicité, il m'a aidé à distance.

L'espace de circulation pour 5 personnes dans le logement était extrêmement limité. La table pour les repas prenait toute la place. Je sais qu'il y avait un forfait ménage, mais il a manqué de quoi nettoyer un peu pendant le séjour (lavettes pour la salle de bain, instructions pour l'utilisation de l'aspirateur, balayette...)

Expérience paisible à Dijon.

15 min de la gare et 25 min du centre-ville à pied. Excellent emplacement avec des voisins accueillants. Lits impeccables quu ce soit les lits du 1er étage ou bien le canapé lit.

Il pourrait être bon d'ajouter un désodorisant dans les toilettes et des sacs poubelles et du papier toilette supplémentaire au cas où.

Voisin très désagréable, alors que nous faisions un apéritif dînatoire tranquillement qui es venu nous agresse dans une autre langue. Nous sommes donc sorti plus rapidement pour ne pas avoir de problème.

Emplacement proche du centre parfait pour découvrir a pied .

Un manque d'isolation aux bruits, c'est un vieil immeuble plein de charme et qui résonne . C'était un weekend festival donc du monde dans les autres logements.

Estancia agradable

Estuvimos de paso. Buena zona para aparcar, descansar y acercarse a la zona histórica de visita, ya que estaba cerca del alojamiento. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, fue como estar en casa.

No nos gustó el tema del depósito, tener que adelantar el dinero para 1 noche solo.

400 euros de caution réclamé puis immédiatement encaissée et 3 semaines pour la récupérer malgré plusieurs échanges....et une cuisine qui n'est pas faite pour se restaurer à 5 personnes la table carré ne recevant difficilement que 4 personnes...un canapé peu confortable....

Devoir passer par un site externe et non booking pour déposer une caution obligatoire selon l’établissement. Le lit était confortable mais le reste des équipements était un peu vieux, dont l’escalier qui était très fragile.

Große Maisonettewohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Einrichtung der Räumlichkeiten war elegant und angemessen. Es war alles sauber. Oben das Zimmer war warm, obwohl die Heizung aus war. Gute, ruhige Lage mit zwei kleinen Supermärkten in Gehweite. Es gab Salz und Pfeffer, super! Auch ein kleiner Vorat an Kaffee und Tee war vorhanden. Kommunikation lief sehr gut und man kam kontaktlos rein und raus.

Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus kosten und man kann nicht den ganzen Tag stehenbleiben. Etwa fünf Gehminuten nach Norden (am Restaurant Les Gourmands disent) gibt es jedoch kostenlose Plätze. Ein paar mehr Kochutensilien in der Besteckschublade wären toll. Die Rückzahlung meiner Kaution (400 €) hat sehr lange auf sich warten lassen bzw. kam erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen, was sehr ärgerlich war.

Nous aurions aimé savoir que les transports étaient gratuits le week-end. De plus les indications liées aux parking n'étaient pas très clairs.

Un très bon séjour au calme

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très calme. Tout est à disposition (four, micro onde, frigo, gazinière, télé,...). Il y a pas mal de rangement. L'escalier est bien sécurisé pour les enfants.

Il manquait juste quelques oreillers car nous avons réservé pour 5 personnes. Pas de sac poubelle.

Zeer slecht

Onderweg naar het ski resort dit appartement geboekt om met 4 man te overnachten helaas werd de telefoon niet beantwoord en stonden we dus voor een dichte deur die dicht bleef we hebben uiteindelijk in een hotel moeten overnachten... wel complimenten voor booking.com die met 2 dagen het geld had terug gestort
