The apartment is on the first floor, and someone was knocking on the windows at 02:00 to open the front door. The apartment is next to the beautiful park, but there was a loud concert in the park the first night of our stay.

La disponibilité des hôtes, l emplacement par rapport à mon lieu de formation sur Dijon. Appartement propre, avec le nécessaire en cuisine et salle de bains.

Lors de ma réservation, un parking était disponible. À notre arrivée, il ne l était plus. Donc ne pas tenir compte des commentaires d autres locataires de fin 2025. La literie moins confort.

Logement propre et en très bon état. Bien équipé. Très calme malgré la proximité de la route et du voisinage. Proximité de la cité de la gastronomie et du tramway.

Une literie très confortable, un appartement très propre, enfin un logement avec VRAIMENT tous les équipements nécessaires (même un four), enfin une vraie machine à café (prévoir quand même les capsules Nespresso ce qui était mon cas) et l’accueil excellent et VRAIMENT bien expliqué ! J’ai vu un commentaire qui disait que les instructions étaient pas claires…. Et bien désolé mais même un enfant de 6 ans comprendrait ! Bref merci !!!

goed uitgeruste keuken. Geen ontbijt aangeboden.

Er was weinig hulp bij binnen komen, sleutel vinden, deur openen, wifi deed het niet, douche deur ging niet open. We hebben een aantal maal moeten telefoneren om het op te lossen. Uiteindelijk kwam de eigenaar toen we de douche deur niet openkregen. Die was kapot. Zou na ons vertrek gerepareerd worden. Eigenares bleek kleine baby te hebben en waarschijnlijk daarom weinig tijd te hebben voor gasten. Wel kreeg zij de douche deur open. Wel heel fijn dat er een parkeerplaats was voor de auto. Er was weinig tot geen info over hoe appartement. Bijv. deur ging open met een label dat we voor een knop moesten houden. Maar ja, als je dat niet weet....

l'appartement est très bien situé à 15 minutes du centre-ville, nous avons tout fait à pied même sous la pluie ! Le parking ds la cour est très appréciable. Je vous recommande sans hésitation .

Problème avec le mitigeur de la douche. Le robinet eau chaude/ eau froide était bloqué Pas assez de pression d'eau... Nous avons comme même pu prendre les douches..!

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied car tout proche du centre ville. Logement très agréable et bien équipé. La place de stationnement dans une cour intérieure est très appréciable. Hôte discret mais réactif.

Prettig verblijf voor 2 personen met fijne parkeerplek en goede douche.

Fijne ligging, goede douche. Beheerders reageerden direct op een klacht over niet bij te stellen douchekraan en losten het op. De veilige parkeerplaats achter een poort en de makkelijke manier van inchecken met een sleutelkastje en met duidelijke uitleg met foto’s.

Het is een klein appartement en het ligt direct aan de straat. Het is echt voor 2 personen: ik zou niet in de kamer annex keuken willen slapen, want dat is gehorig vanwege de toegang tot het appartementencomplex. Voor 2 personen is het perfect.
