Appartement proche du centre, fonctionnel, rue calme, parking gratuit dans certaines rues avoisinantes.
Absence de volets ou stores. Mais présence de rideaux intérieurs occultants (les tringles de ces rideaux sont mal fixées sur les supports, d'où un risque de chute à la manipulation).
