A very nice stay in a super convenient location - great for dog owners!

Check-in was easy - we arrived early and happened to meet Pierre, the owner, as he was about to drop the keys in the lock box, so he showed us which stairwell went to the apartment (there are a few buildings that share the beautiful verdant courtyard). We loved the proximity to the historic center (walking or biking), and Place Wilson (where we walked our dogs and rented city bikes), and the excellent nearby swimming pool. The area felt very safe to us - I felt comfortable walking home alone at night. The flat was quiet, despite being on a busy street and despite the families with young children in the building. The kitchen has beautiful light and we appreciated the Nespresso maker - it was lovely having breakfast there. The bed was comfy (except for the thin pillows), the shower had good water pressure, and the WiFi was fast. The gardien (building superintendent) is a super sweet and helpful guy - we chatted about his lovely garden (there are flowers and plants everywhere, and huge trees in the center) and he let us pull our large rental minivan into the courtyard to load it up the day we left. Communication with the owner was great. The shower head cradle was broken when we arrived - we texted Pierre and he immediately called a handyman. The handyman fixed the shower and a few other things at the same time, which was no problem.

We got the feeling the apartment is usually rented for shorter stays, so our feedback is mostly for travelers staying a few weeks or more. We would have liked a small microwave, a few hand towels, 2 more bath towels, better bed pillows, a drying rack, one sharp Chef’s knife, a bread knife, and more clothes hangers. We would have liked a door or heavy curtain between the bedroom and the living room for noise insulation so one person could sleep while the other is watching TV. The washing machine didn’t spin very well, so we had to wring out our sopping wet laundry before hanging it on the heated towel racks to dry. (We found out later that there is a laundromat very nearby.) Again, we were staying for almost 3 weeks - many of these things wouldn’t be an issue if we were staying for a week or less.

No breakfast. One teabag, two coffee pods.!!!

The place has great potential however…The place is filthy. Sticky kitchen bench, mouldy shower. Dirty bathroom floors and walls, mop bucket and cleaning products in the bathroom. No lamps working. Cushions used as pillows, only 2of. Poor sheets. Wrong lock box code given caused a lot of stress in the rain. One teabag.!!!!

Appartement très agréable et bien situé

Appartement très agréable, bien placé et calme. La grande pièce principale habillement séparée en coin chambre et salon est lumineuse, on s'y bien comme chez soi.

L’immeuble est ancien et mal isolé. En hiver, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont assez froides. Il faut attendre un peu que chauffage fasse son travaille !

Séjour très agréable dans un chouette petit appartement

Très bon rapport qualité prix, hôte très agréable disponible et arrangeant. Localisation à mi chemin entre la gare et la fac, parfait... Le charme de l'ancien dans le bâtiment, la tranquillité des lieux

Télé capricieuse (télécommande de la box qui ne fonctionne pas) mais la smart télé fonctionne sans soucis. un radiateur qui grésille. salle de bain froide, mais on est en hiver.... pas grand chose à redire en fait.

Appartement cosy au centre de Dijon

L'emplacement central, le calme et l'aspect cosy de l'appartement et son confort. La réactivité du propriétaire pour nous renseigner. Le bon rapport qualité prix pour Dijon ville.

Il faudrait songer à un micro-ondes pour les repas sur le pouce . Prévenir les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité que pour accéder à l'appartement au deuxième il faut emprunter un escalier en bois en colimaçon.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit Altbau-Charme in guter Lage

Angenehme Größe, geschnitten wie eine konventionelle Wohnung mit einem kleinen Flur, einer netten Küche, zwar schmal, aber man kann auch am Tisch sitzen. Relativ großes Badezimmer. Im Zimmer durch eine Wand mit Einbauschrank und einen Raumteiler ein kleiner Schlafbereich vom Wohnbereich sinnvoll abgeteilt. Gelegen in einer Art Annex zu einem schönen, größeren alten Gebäude. Tür in diesen Gebäudeteil mit eigenem Treppenhaus vom Hof aus. Dort nur je eine Wohnung pro Stockwerk, keine lauten Nachbarn, sehr angenehm. Auch die Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr angenehm, Anreise ganz unproblematisch.

Nur einige Kleinigkeiten: Küchengegenstände sind nicht allzu üppig. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, und man hat den Eindruck, dass nicht jeder Vormieter sich beim Abwaschen Mühe gegeben hat. Manches klebte, auch die Arbeitsfläche (möglicherweise mit falschem Öl oä behandelt?). Im Flur, wo nachmittags die Sonne stark hineinscheint, fehlte an einem Fensterflügel das Sonnenschutzrollo (in der Hitzewelle ungünstig). In der Küche ist gegen die Morgensonne gar nichts vorgesehen. Es gibt nur zwei Stühle, die auch etwas altersschwach wirken. Die Toilettenspülung war seltsam, häufiger lief sie ewig.

Apartamento prático e bem organizado, com cozinha e lavandaria equipadas, em um edifício antigo. Os interiores do apartamento são bem mobiliados, na cozinha encontramos não só algumas cápsulas de café e chá, como também sal e óleo, um diferencial em França, onde normalmente a cozinha é entregue completamente vazia.

In corte a Digione…

Piccolo appartamento all’interno di una corte di un affascinante palazzo storico di Digione. La comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice e chiara. Pierre si è rivelato super disponibile e ci ha dato una mano non solo con alcune tips sui posti dove cenare, ma anche nel risolvere un’emergenza occorsa alla macchina. L’appartamento è essenziale e funzionale con spazi comodi per godersi Digione in coppia. Un piccolo consiglio: alcune dotazioni di base come carta igienica, tovaglioli, sale e sapone per le mani sono semplici ma, a mio avviso, potrebbero essere molto apprezzate dagli ospiti. ;) Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, lo consiglio.

Authentischer, gemütlicher Ort um Dijon zu erkunden.

Das Appartement war leicht zu finden. Der Gastgeber hat sogar ein Foto vom richtigen Hauseingang hinzugefügt. Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. In 5 Minuten waren wir in der Altstadt gelaufen. In der Nähe vom Appartement befindet sich kleiner Platz mit viel Grün. Für ein Gassigang mit Hund ideal. Lebensmittelladen ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ausreichend kostengünstige Parkplätze an der Straße vor dem Haus, ab 19 Uhr sind Sie kostenlos.

Das Appartement war sauber, kann aber etwas gründlichere Reinigung gebrauchen.

Agréable séjour, propriétaire sympathique et accueillant.

Appartement agréable et bien entretenu dans un immeuble style haussmannien qui mériterait un rafraichissement. Il est situé à proximité du centre ville. Tout ce qui est annoncé est présent (wifi, machine à laver, TV grand écran....). les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été cordiaux et amicales et il a su répondre à nos interrogations.

Afin d'améliorer le séjour, il serait agréable de disposer d'un rouleau d'essuie-tout. Le fait de disposer d'une machine à laver est un vrai plus pour les personnes qui effectuent un long séjour, leurs fournir un étendoir serait encore mieux. Le canapé-lit actuellement en place à plusieurs lattes de cassés en son centre, les remplacer permettrait d'avoir un meilleur assise pour un cout modéré.
