A very lovely apartment with a perfect location which make for a lovely weeks trip.

This was an excellent apartment, perfect for our group and made the trip perfect. A compact apartment right in the centre of Dijon made everything easy. The staff were lovely and helpful for everything we needed. It was a perfect apartment with lots of character. Picking up the keys was also very easy.

After the initial difficulty of finding it (once you go through the metal gate keep walking straight until a white door, then go straight until you see the wooden front) it was lovely. The instructions to find it could have been slightly better but it was only a small problem. The kitchen lacked storage space for food but that was understandable as it was a small apartment and this wasn’t a big problem.

À l’intérieur, l’appartement est idéal pour 3-4 pers. Nous reviendrons, sans pluie espérons!

Le descriptif est très détaillé.

L’accès à l’appartement est catastrophique; cour complètement inondée, il nous a fallu marcher en équilibre sur des cailloux pour quand même finir les pieds trempés car il fallait en même temps porter les valises. Je n’imagine pas une personne plus âgée arriver dans de telles conditions.

Logement idéalement situé en plein coeur de Dijon pour visiter la ville.

L’emplacement en hyper centre et le box à proximités sont des atouts pour ce logement. Les volumes sont confortables et l’électroménager était propre et en bon état de marche.

Le canapé lit et la télévision qui étaient non fonctionnels ainsi que quelques éclairages défectueux.

L' optimisation des espaces de vie et de couchage. Situation en plein centre ville.

L' emplacement entre les poubelles au fond d'une allée / cour sale au possible, avec une entrée non sécurisée digne d'un coupe gorge. La propreté très relative de l'appartement. Surtout les sanitaires et la douche avec des odeurs d'égout fort prononcés et ridiculement minuscules Le salon fait vetuste et sal Aucun accès voiture possible

Appartement idéalement placé, au coeur du centre de Dijon. Tout était parfait.

Joli logement confortable et au calme.

Localise en dans une jolie partie de la ville, très propre, l’agence qui gère le bien est topissime (l’arrivée et le départ sont bien organisés, ils répondent très vite aux éventuelles questions), endroit très calme (à l’intérieur d’un pâté de maison).

L’annonce indique 3 chambres et il n’y en a que 2 (l’agence a été informée et m’a dit avoir modifié l’annonce depuis), un canapé lit dans le salon pourrait servir de 3ème espace nuit mais il était coincé quand nous avons voulu le déplier, les escaliers sont dangereux pour les enfants (à savoir pour les familles).

Genial gestaltetes City-Apartment im Industrialstil

Die Unterkunft lag direkt in der Innenstadt von Dijon, von wo aus man alles erreichen konnte. Besonders gut hat uns die Bauweise im Industrialstil gefallen, sowie die generelle Aufteilung der Räume.

Etwas befremdlich war die Toilette, die sich - separat vom Badezimmer - in einer Art Schrank befindet. Außerdem hatte sich vor dem Wohnungseingang durch den Regen eine große Pfütze im Innenhof gebildet, wodurch ein Durchgang nicht trockenen Fußes möglich war.

Leuk ingericht appartement midden in het oude centrum van Dijon

Appartement zit middenin de oude binnenstad, locatie is dus aan de ene kant fantastisch. Aan de andere kant zit het verstopt in een gek steegje achter een oude bioscoop en moet je verschillende gangetjes door om er te komen. Dat voelt een beetje benauwd. Toen wij er waren, regende het enorm en liep het straatje volledig onder water en moesten we met emmers aan de slag. Binnen is alles wat je nodig hebt, fijn om zelf te kunnen koken.

Beetje benauwende ligging en geen gordijnen voor de grote ramen als je ‘s nachts naar de wc moet

Entrée inondée à notre arrivée, on a du déchausser pour arriver jusqu au logement. Entrée peu accueillante au milieu des containers à ordures. Pas de possibilité d occulter complètement les chambres

Super centrale ligging in hartje Dijon met alle comfort

De locatie ligt super centraal in Dijon, de woning is zeer rustig, alle winkels voor ontbijt zijn letterlijk “om de hoek”, parkeren kan in een parkeergarage op loopafstand, douche was prima en er was ruimte om met 6 personen aan tafel te zitten, fijne bedden en het was schoon. Gastheer was vlot bereikbaar voor vragen (zowel digitaal als fysiek). We hebben het er erg fijn gehad.

Het was erg warm in Dijon toen wij er waren. Er is airco in de kamer en een voor twee slaapkamers. Een extra fan voor de 2e slaapkamer zou fijn zijn.

Très beau, calme. Idéal pour une famille avec des ados. Escalier trop dangereux pour des petits.

Très beau lieu calme, emplacement idéal. Parking un peu cher.

Mansue d'isolation entre les chambres. Pas d'intimité. Manque d'isolation phonique au niveau du toi. Seulement 2 verres à vin c'est trop juste. La table basse n'est pas stable. Il faudrait pensé à protéger le plaqueau derrière les portes.

Gezellig en rustig huisje in het centrum van Dijon.

De ligging is top, vlakbij de winkelstraat en historisch centrum, zonder last te hebben van de drukte. Alle nodige voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.

Je moet je even over de nogal groezelige/ongezellige ingang heen zetten. Je komt langs een gang binnen onder een verlaten cinema, maar eigenlijk vonden de kinderen dit een avontuur. De elektriciteit op één circuit viel uit op het moment dat zowel de waterkoker als de nespresso aanstonden. (Die heb ik terug kunnen aanzetten, omdat de zekeringenkast bereikbaar is in een kast achter de kapstok.)
