Großzügig geschnittene loft mitten in der Stadt, und doch ganz ruhig.
Das Loft ist ideal mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Es hat einen sehr schönen großen Wohnraum und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Die Betten sind gut.
Die Wohnung war bei der Übernahme nicht sehr sauber. Zwei der drei Schlafräume sind arg klein. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schwierig, da die automatisierten und die persönlichen Antworten nicht koordiniert waren. Letztlich hat aber alles geklappt.

Kommunikation mit der Agentur: ständige restriktive Informationen mit Angaben der Strafzahlungen; Badezimmertür oben lässt sich nicht schließen; sehr kleines und enges Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster; keine Schränke in den Schlafzimmern; nicht alle Lichter funktionierten in der oberen Etage; Wohnung im2.Stock (Angabe bei der Ausschreibung fehlt);

Bella la posizione ed il colpo d'occhio quando si entra in casa.
La casa era polverosa e con delle ragnatele, una stanza da letto era senza finestra, le porte dei bagni non chiudevano a chiave. La cucina non era attrezzata per apparecchiare un tavolo per 6: mancavano l'insalatiera, lo scolapasta, bicchieri per il vino, caraffa, presine, una pentola con rivestimento teflon non rovinato... Ma la più grossa delusione è l'agenzia che dopo aver segnalato i vari problemi con un lungo messaggio perché non disponibili al telefono, mi ha scaricato coni 4 gighe. Deludente!

Lage ist phantastisch, im Kern wunderschöne Ausstattung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Fühlten uns ausgesprochen wohl dort. Bis auf siehe unten
Sauberkeit! Auf dem wunderschönen offenen Gebälk im Wohnbereich und den Zimmern liegt dick Staub. Könnte für Allergiker problematisch sein.
