Bright large and sunny . Would not stay again.

It was bright and relatively large. Easy access to wherever you may want to go in Dijon.

The biggest issue here was the horrible SENSEO coffee maker and host did NOT call nor respond back to me about details of my reservation so I never got an answer to my question pertaining to my length of stay. :( One of my few must haves at any stay is a good cup of coffee in the morning. THe SENSEO coffee maker was brand new but it was completely plastic tasting. The tea keetle was plastic so I personally do not like to boil water in plastic items. The microwave place on top of the fridge was to close to the fridge door so you it would not close or open without you opening the fridge door first. It's not good to walk into a place and see a garbage can immediately when you enter so I think it s a good iead for the hosts to further improve on the space in particular the kitchen and all the amenities.

la posizione vicino al centro

recuperare le chiavi è stato piuttosto macchinoso perchè la cassetta era situata dietro a dei cassonetti grandi che abbiamo dovuto spostare. Quando abbiamo aperto il divano per rifare il letto abbiamo visto che dentro era piuttosto sporco e non era previsto alcun copri materasso

Un ptit coin tranquille vers Barbisey !

Les pieces en enfilade ! Une super douche ! La salle de bain n'est pas en reste non plus. Logement bien équipé pour cuisiner et nuits paisibles. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

En hiver, j'ai du mal a trouver des locations avec des bonnes couettes chaudes ! Heureusement qu il y en avait deux au Berbisey !

Würden wiederkommen.

Schlüsselkasten war nicht zu finden weil eine Mülltonne davor stand und befand sich nicht an einem Geländer sondern an einem vergittertem Fenster. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter löste das Problem.Die Lage war zentral, Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Bad ok.

Die Markierung Haus C war schwer zu erkennen. Abflüsse Bad problematisch. Äußere Erscheinung gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Grösse und Lage der Wohnung waren für mich ideal, ich würde wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen. Klein, aber fein mit separater Küche, Stube, Schlafzimmer, WC und Dusche. Schmaler Balkon über die Länge von Stube und Schlafzimmer, zweiter Balkon in der Küche, so kann man sehr gut lüften. In Gehdistanz zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt, sehr ruhige Lage zuhinterst im Innenhof weit weg von der Strasse. Kleiner Supermarkt gegenüber, viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung war mit Fotos tiptop. Küchenausstattung gut mit Geschirr, Microwelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine. Da ich nicht gekocht habe, kann ich nichts zum Herd und Backofen sagen. Heizung und Handtuchwärmer haben tadellos funktioniert. Frankreich-Tipp: Zum Türen verschliessen muss man die Türklinge nach oben drücken. Fotos: Von der Küche in den Innenhof, pelziger Wächter des Innenhofs

Das Folgende soll als Info dienen, nicht als Kritik. Das WC-Räumchen ist so klein, dass man mit langen Beinen nicht sitzen kann. Da das WC aber von der Küche aus zu betreten ist, kann man seine Begleitung in die Stube schicken, die WC-Türe offenlassen und quer sitzen, dann ist es kein Problem :-D. Die Fensterläden und Vorhänge verdunkeln nicht so gut, und es hat immer Licht im Innenhof. Ich konnte trotzdem schlafen. Die Kommode im Schlafzimmer ist etwas wackelig und die Schubladen gehen nicht gut auf.

Très bon séjour à Dijon

Appartement bien situé, bien équipé, situé dans une impasse dans un quartier calme, literie confortable, la salle de bain avec une super douche, très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très bon rapport qualité / prix

Il manque un micro-onde, problème de fermetures des portes fenêtres, les toilettes avec très peu d’espaces pour les pieds, pas de lumière dans les escaliers

Appartamento pulito e curato in una zona molto particolare. Ambiente esterno un po agiee, ma per una notte di passaggio adatto ad una famiglia di 4 persone. Forse servirebbe in condizionatore, la proprietà aveva indicato che non era presente. Per 4 persone non più di una notte in quanto piccolo.

Il bagno veramente stretto e scomodo.
