Clean small appartement

Clean small appartement with private parking. Owner is very friendly and helpful. All details, bed linnen, all kitchen aids available.

For a couple and a kid really small size even for 1 night. Due to smokers in the cafe right under the window we couldn’t open the window for some fresh air.

Brilliant central family friendly accommodation

The studio is absolutely perfect for a couple of nights in Dijon, I honestly couldn't rate it highly enough. The information the host sent through was so thorough and clear, the photos really helped. The location was perfect, easy to access by car and free parking was secure and easy. The access to the green path meant access to a playground within a few minutes walk which was perfect with the kids, as well as 10/15 (child pace) into the centre of town and 5 minutes to the botanical garden (another playground). Everything was brand new in the studio and it was super cosy and warm. Thank you so much for having us!

Ok place, but poor service.

It was close to the station and the apartment were ok.

No Deposit of 300 Euro that was blocked from your account in an entire week, and the property was very hard to find and to get into. Had to wait outside for almost an hour in the heat before the host could arrive to show me. I stood outside the door without understanding that I was on the right place. The information about the Deposit procedure was terrible.

Tiny and tastefully decorated bedsit

the hosts were very friendly, the car park is behind the gate, so it is safe and secure, wifi worked fine, walking distance to the centre, host provided some helpful touristic information, great bakery downstairs (2 min walk to the left of the property) for fresh baguettes and croissants in the morning. Lovely shower

the place is really small, so no space for the luggage really. When bed is open, it takes 70% of the room, the entire place is probably 20-30 sq meters, it was a bit tight for the both of us.

Appartement très bien situé à 20mn maxi à pied des attractions principales (centre-ville, lac Kir par ex.). Alimentation et autre au pied du bâtiment. Explications pour y accéder et autres besoins très bien. Bien agencé, propre, "refait à neuf", linge de maison très bien, nécessaire de cuisine très bien fourni. Literie bien. Parking un vrai plus. Propriétaire disponible, respectueux, et très réactif

Séjour agréable dans un logement bien situé et bien équipé.

Le logement était très propre, bien situé et calme, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable. Il était bien équipé et conforme à la description, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment. Commerce juste en vas très pratique et jardin de l'arquebuse dans la rue d'en face. Parfait !

Il n’était pas possible d’aérer correctement le logement car la terrasse du dessous était utilisée pour fumer, ce qui faisait remonter l’odeur de cigarette, mais cela n'est pas du ressort des gérants de ce logement ! Aussi, une petite séparation coulissante entre l’entrée et le salon serait la bienvenue, surtout lorsqu’on utilise les deux couchages, pour plus d’intimité.

Appartement très bien aménagé avec une situation idéale en proximité immédiate d'un parc. Notre hôte est réactif pour faciliter notre installation. Super étape pour découvrir à pied la ville de Dijon (la voiture restant stationnée sur un parking fermé). A réserver donc en toute confiance.

On aurait volontiers mis dix sur dix si le couchage était un peu plus confortable, mais notre hôte nous a dit que ce serait amélioré en janvier!

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und voll renoviert. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Sehr hellhörig. Das Bett ist nicht so bequem. Leider haben uns abends zwei Kakerlaken begrüßt.
