Centrally located very close to Dijon Ville station, easily accessible by bus, train, tram, etc. There’s a grocery store right next door which is open till late.
The host was kind to provide a second fan immediately as it was very hot, and also allowed a later check out. Very clear instructions for checking in and out. All in all very satisfactory.
There could be some more ventilation during periods of heat.

Le logement est parfait pour un couple. Confortable est suffisamment grand pour des voyageurs de passage. De plus sa proximité avec la gare et le centre historique de Dijon permet de tout faire à pied. Ce qui est parfait car le stationnement autour est limité mais il y a un grand parking à proximité. Les propriétaires sont réactifs en cas de besoin.
Le seul inconvénient est la proximité d’une épicerie de nuit, dont les clients peuvent parfois être bruyants en discussion devant la fenêtre. Mais après en avoir parlé avec l’épicier, fort sympathique, ça a été plus calme la nuit suivante.

The location was close to the Botanical Gardens and an easy walk into central Dijon.
It was very dark, as you couldn't open the shutters, and if you did you wouldn't have any privacy from the street.
Wasn't keen on the bathroom window looking out to the stairwell.
The sofa bed was so uncomfortable to sit on, that I got a sore back. Glad I didn't have to sleep on it.
Just provided the bare minimum.
The entry of the property didn't give a first good impression.
