Serviceable for a short stay for two people.

The location was close to the Botanical Gardens and an easy walk into central Dijon.

It was very dark, as you couldn't open the shutters, and if you did you wouldn't have any privacy from the street. Wasn't keen on the bathroom window looking out to the stairwell. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable to sit on, that I got a sore back. Glad I didn't have to sleep on it. Just provided the bare minimum. The entry of the property didn't give a first good impression.

Appartamento piccolo ma pulito

L’appartamento era pulito anche se un po’ piccolo, noi eravamo in 4 ma abbiamo fatto solo 2 notti quindi è andata bene così. La posizione é ad una passeggiata di 10 minuti dal centro, c’è anche una stazione vicina ma non la abbiamo utilizzata.

Quando si apre il divano letto questo impedisce il passaggio dalla camera da letto al bagno quindi bisogna scavalcare. C’è solo una finestra nella stanza da letto quindi si rischia di aver troppo caldo in estate e poca luce nei mesi invernali. C’è un market di fianco alla casa aperto fino a mezzanotte che porta persone a parlare e fumare fino a tardi, con la finestra aperta si sente l’odore di fumo.

J avais réservé pour 2 nuits et je suis parti après la première car j ai très mal dormi.

Le longer trait proper

Immeuble vetuste , hall d entree très sombre et mal entretenu. Appartement en Rez de chaussée avec une seule fenêtre donnant directement sur la rue. Ne permettant pas d’aerer . Il y a un ventilateur qui fait beaucoup de bruit mais ne ventile pas. Couette synthétique trop chaude et oreillers bas de gamme Une vitre dépolie entre les toilettes et la cage d escalier . Mauvaise vidange du lavabo. Une épicerie juste à côté rend l environnement bruyant , et la présence de fumeurs dans le voisinage rendent l air irrespirable alors qu on n arrive pas à ventiler

Agréable séjour

Emplacement au centre de Dijon. Pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer. Appartement petit mais fonctionnel. Très jolies tasses à café. Le propriétaire m'a contacté pour pouvoir venir plutôt si je le souhaitais.

Seulement 3 sièges fonctionnels pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants), la 4eme chaise était hors service dans la chambre. Un peu juste en couverts. La seule fenêtre de l'appartement étant juste devant la route, des personnes discutent tard le soir....

L'emplacement est très pratique, proche du centre ville et de la gare. L'appartement est très bien aménagé, neuf, propre, calme. La décoration est agréable. Il y a une chambre séparée.

l’emplacement est top, à 5’ de la gare et à 10’ du centre. Le logement est bien. Il y a assez de place pour 2/3 personnes. L’appartement était propre.

Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la sdb et l’équipement pour la cuisine n’est pas top (vieux ustensile) mais assez bien pour cuisinier le nécessaire pour 2/3

Casa comoda e in ottima posizione

Ottimo appartamento, in posizione tranquilla e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. La casa è piccolina ma dispone di tutto il necessario. L’host è molto disponibile e risponde in fretta. La casa quando siamo arrivati era pulita e in perfetto ordine

Comodo monolocale, vicino al centro di Digione

Posizione a 15 minuti dal centro, facile parcheggio (a pagamento - gratuito la domenica), casa essenziale, prezzo onesto, proprietaria molto reattiva alle richieste con risposte in tempo reale e facile self check in e check out

Stanza buia, lenzuola piccole rispetto al letto e mancava il lenzuolo tra il copri materasso e il piumone (abbiamo dormito con semplicemente una coperta direttamente addosso), la camera è a bordo strada quindi potrebbero arrivare rumori dall’esterno.

Chouette séjour en famille, avec des temps de pause dans l'appartement idéalement situé !

La réactivité de l'hôte et la localisation parfaite (surtout avec des enfants pour faire des temps de pause entre 2 visites). Proche de la gare, d'un beau parc et non loin du centre ville et du lac Kir.

Le matelas du sofa (mais les enfants ont bien dormi quand même!)
