It was fine. Location was great.

Florent was great, responsive and helpful. Especially when we left something and had to go back for it. Thank you. Sheets were clean and plenty of hot water, fridge, tv, coffee machine with (decaf) pods; cutlery etc. Decoration was thoughtful. Table and chairs for 4 and sofa bed was made up.

Although neat and tidy, it was a little tricky to get access as it was not clear there was an electronic key fob and it was a bit odd to get the key fob from the bike lock on the down pipe in the street -although the instructions were very clear about that. The rest of the instructions were clear. The second of the cooking hobs does not work and saucepans too small to cook pasta for 4. One or two items in the kitchen were dirty ( plate and knives). There were two brushes but no dustpan although there was a vacuum. The street access to the property was filthy and the internal courtyard area was not cared for; although I appreciate this was not something the owner can always influence.

The location was perfect, close to the centre and carparks. The appt is clean and had everything we needed.

The stairs up to the apartment were a bit tricky, but that's it.

Location is very close to the city centre and to the Cité de la gastronomie. The appartment is clean and confortable. suitable for couple or little family.

Don't bring heavy luggage with you; it's in the second floor and there is no elevator.

Convenient, comfortable, cute little apartment at top of building with roof views out both sides.

Location good, apartment cute - dashes of colour everywhere made it very cheerful. Kitchen well supplied with dishes, cutlery and the usual coffee maker, toaster, kettle. We only used fridge and microwave which we had to unplug washing machine to plug in. Bed comfortable.

Parts were not very clean. We washed the dishes we needed, and mopped up the coffee under the coffee maker when we moved it to put our groceries down. The floor had been vacuumed but things above floor level were thick with dust. The vent in the bathroom looked like an animal had died in it. Toilet room filthy when door closed. The couch was stained. But the bed and towels were very clean. We were asked to take the garbage out (2 day stay). Thought that was what the cleaning charge was for. Not fair as we were carrying our luggage down four flights of stair and did not have time to run back up to get garbage. Read all listing, we missed the bit about paying security deposit before occupation, came as surprise. We had never seen the black fob thing to open the blank outside door before so tried keys on all the surrounding doors wondering what we were missing. Finally a helpful young man passing by rescued us by waving the fob over the black knob to the side of the door.

A small apartment, with all facilities, in a quiet street near the cathedral

It is quite a small apartment in a quiet street near the cathedral. The apartment has all necessary facilities, and there are shops and cafés nearby. Florent was responsive and very helpful. Will be happy to come back again some day

Stay Away and book a hotel instead!

3rd floor loft converted into a mini apartment. If you've got luggage forget this place it's ideal for back packers. We got there late and had a real mission trying to get in. Instructions were atrocious for finding the key and locating a door with no number or handle. The guy sent me a code for the key which was incorrect had to go back and forth for a good hour not easy with a family. Finally got in and you should have seen the look on my families face. Luckily it was only one night. Ignore the pictures you see it's not very nice. Very hot 29c with no fan also very noisy near bars. You can hear talking all night. I've learned my lesson air conditioned hotel next time. Not getting fooled by dodgy reviews and pictures again!

It was ok . A fan would help as the apartment was very very hot and we come from a Country where it is hot .

It was easy to get around from the location . Good clear communication with the host .

The access was through a pretty grimy shared entrance . Cigarette smell wafted up through the open windows . There were some housekeeping issues .I have advised the host about most of them .

L'insonorisation est vraiment light : on avait l'impression que les voisins étaient dans le logement avec nous...

Très moyen et cela sur beaucoup de points.

La literie. La taille et l''agencement du logement coloré mais manquaient plusieurs éléments pour expliquer un prix bien plus élevé que d'autres locations à proximité (le rubis par ex à une rue de là). Ne convient absolument pas à un PMR (personne à mobilité réduite) car trois étages difficiles à monter.

L'environnement très sale et les voisins bruyants : poubelles malodorantes partout. Escaliers encombrés et très sales. Ni clim ni ventilo : gênant sous les toits en période de canicule. De même la propreté est aussi absente pour la bouilloire, les étagères poisseuses et la cuvette des toilettes marron de tartre ainsi que les fenêtres. Le verrou de l'entrée est à la limite de tomber. Tout cela ne vaut guère les 20€ retenus pour le ménage qui est très sommaire. En sus le chargé de location vous demande une fois la réservation faite de signer une sorte de bail de manière unilatérale avec des clauses limites dolosives. Tout cela n'est pas très correct et est peu engageant. Ce manque de confiance ne donne pas envie de renouveler l'expérience. Dommage car la location est plutôt centrale.

L'emplacement était très bien. Dans le centre facilement accessible à pied depuis la gare, à côté d'une place avec des bars agréables. Logement bien équipé.
