Very good place to stay in Dijon.

Nice and comfortable appartment. Good beds and large kitchen. The owner is very nice and helpful - explained all details at the arrival. Very good location - few minutes from the Old Town.

The kitchen equipment looks a bit worn out, but it was sufficient for us. I would mention in the description that the garage is not suitable for all cars - our Kia Ceed III SW was just fine with the parking box but for larger cars it might be difficult. The entrance to the garage is probably too low for most SUVs.

Comfortable no-nonsense roomy apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

Good location and very good security. Easy to use washing machine and comprehensive kitchen facilities. Functional in the best sense of the word.

Check in was a bit confusing but that's because we didn't know the difference between Rue du Jardin des Plantes 4, 4 bis, and 4 ter. A photo of the gate/entrance would have been most helpful.

Really enjoyed Dijon. Had never been to Burgundy. Sorry we didn’t drink more of the Burgundy wine.

Close to center of Dijon. Easy to drive in and out of town from the location.

No AC during a hot spurt. A cooling fan would help. We were provided with one but did not do the job at all.

Excellent stay and visit to Dijon

The apartment is in an excellent location, right near a giant garden park with tons to do with kids, and a 15 min walk to the centre of town. It was easy to get our bearings and explore the city as well as surrounding area. We found the sleeping facilities just fine, and it was a great place to stay, overall. The garage is quite tight for a larger vehicle, keep it in mind it would be much easier to rent with a smaller car.

The kitchen could use a proper cutting board, looks like the wooden one broke ages ago. The glass dishware is also quite small and less than ideal, but one can make do.

Dijon

The place is in a very convenient location in Dijon. Walking distance to everything you need. The place had plenty of space and the heaters worked well. It was great that the place had a washing machine which worked well.

There is no self check in, so we paid €10 extra for the owner to meet us at 2pm rather than the actual check in time of 5pm. We also had to check out at 8.30am as the owner had to get to work that day. You will be expected to do some light cleaning on your departure (take the sheets off the bed, vacuum the place and take the rubbish out). Kitchen equipment and appliances were all very dated.

Très pratique pour le centre ville

La situation géographique et théoriquement la place de parking ainsi que l'équipement cuisine.

La place de parking est extrêmement étroite à réserver à de petites voitures. Le lit en 140 est très creusé. SURTOUT !!! le chauffage est impossible à maintenir à une température suffisante l'hiver avec en plus des fenêtres en aluminium qui laissent passer le froid. Dès que vous avez le dos tourné la température redescend à 17 °. Le 2ème lit / canapé est un clic clac.

Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité ! T1 resté dans son jus : on fait un bond dans le passé (sdbain +WC à refaire). Danger au niveau branchement électrique (domino visible sous le chauffage dans la chambre =danger !)La propriétaire vous régule le chauffage= nuit froide ! Réception de message au départ pour vous rappeler de rendre le T1 propre et ranger (draps , aspirateur ..) : attitude infantilisante et agaçante !

Cómodo apartamento, cerca del centro, hay q cruzar las vias

Buena atención, el arquebus q esta al lado

El estacionamiento muy chiquitoe incómodo, pero pudimos dejarlo en la calle . Queda al otro lado de as vías del tren, no nos gustó eso, pero estaba cerca del.centro y fue seguro ir y volver caminando

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Dijon.

Carine hat uns persönlich gegrüßt und alles gut erklärt. Super war der Tiefgargagenstellplatz mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug. Wir konnten in Dijon alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Bel appartement en dehors des foules

Un bel appartement, super propre, au calme dans une petite rue adossée aux jardins. Cela nous convenait, mais il faut prévoir de faire quelques courses avant d’y arriver, car il n’y a ni magasins ni restaurants dans le coin. À quelques pas d’un arrêt de la navette gratuite ´City’, ainsi que de la gare, surtout si on prend la sortie ´Avenue Albert I’

Appartement très calme. Un parking privé permet de garer sa voiture. Des hôtes charmants. Je recommande vivement

La localisation pour acceder a la ville en 10 min a pieds, a la gare en moins de 10 min a pied et l'agencement de l'appartement est tres bien, c'est tres coquet, la litterie est tres confortable et l'hote prevenante

La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement, éclairage trop jaune pour ma vision Les fenêtres n'isolent pas bien des bruits exterieurs (machinerie de l'epicerie et tram) Le reglage du thermostat a 17 est un peu violent pour celui qui dort dans le séjour

Es war die erwartete ruhige Lage, die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir sind zu dritt verreist. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist nicht ganz bequem aber für zwei Nächte war das o.k. Wlan war die ganze Zeit verfügbar und o.k. :-)
