We had a wonderful stay at this property well looked in Dijon. The room was large, immaculately clean and so well equipped. The outdoor terrace provided an excellent spot to enjoy an afternoon drink. The host was so welcoming and provided us with an array of information to help us enjoy our time in Dijon. A highly recommended property to stay at.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dijon. Sylvie and Guy were excellent hosts. Sylvie gave us the most thorough orientation to the property, suggested the sights we should not miss in Dijon and answered all questions we had. The house is completely equipped- you could easily host a family dinner here and the bed and overall comfort of our stay exceeded expectations. Help with luggage and an earlier check in were most appreciated. We really enjoyed meeting such nice people. Thank you.

Property was excellent and the hosts very helpful and responsive. Kitchen was well equipped to make some of our own meals. The hosts took the time to explain everything to us. Location was fantastic - close to groceries and the historic centre-ville. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The apartment was well-equipped and described accurately. The hosts graciously picked us up and delivered us to the train station. They were available for any questions, as they live downstairs. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the City. There is a brasserie across the street, a patisserie around the corner, and a market up the street. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great apartment for our stay in Dijon. Our host shared with us some great local knowledge of the tourist sights. The apartment is a very close walk to the main city center, with a grocery store just around the corner. If you want to try the Jambon Persille, follow your hosts advice as to the best place to buy! Dijon and Beaune are great cities to discover, providing knowledge of the power and wealth of the Ducs de Bourgogne. We would return and book this apartment.

This apartment is centrally located for walking around the main shopping/historical center. Everything was as advertised and well equipped with everything you need. The balcony is wonderful for sitting outside and relaxing. Although the Ottins were out of town for most of our stay, there were no concerns with communication. Sylvie had a friend meet us at the property. She also was very quick in responding to texts we sent and checked in with us during our stay. Her English is excellent and she is very helpful and personable.

Sylvie was very nice and gave us a good tour of the appartment and told us about all the tings to see in Dijon. Her english is better than our french. the Kitchen was well equipped and all the cleaning products and some cooking products were available. The Balcony with the sunscreen is perfect for the long summer evenings where you can enjoy your selfcooked dinner or a good glass of bourgondy! Dijon is a tremendous nice city to visit. and this appartment is nearly in the center just 3 minutes away from parc Darcy.

Location could not have been better for our 9 day stay. It was great having the owners on-site and they clearly care about their visitors. The apartment was spacious, with everything you need, and off-street parking a bonus. Our host, Sylvie, was a joy.

Our stay in the apartment in Dijon was really excellent. Guy and her husbond was very gentle and introduced ud to the apartment and the sights of the city in a very proper way. The apartment is very close to everything, and Dijon is a beautiful city. The terrace was very nice. Guy insisted to drive us back to the station ( her husbond). A little noise from the street, but it stops during the night. Er can highly recommend this place. Thanks for an unforgettable stay.

Sylvie and Guy were fantastic hosts. First Guy picked us up from the train station, then Sylvie provided a map with many suggestions for places to eat as well as the sites to see and museums to visit (which were all free - a nice surprise). There is a fully stocked kitchen and a grocery store 1 block away. We were happy to see how close we were to the old city (close but far enough away - it's a pleasant, 5 min walk). And at the end of our stay, Guy drove us back to the train station. Merci beaucoup Sylvie et Guy!!

The apartment is spacious and very pretty, with nice features like an eat-in kitchen and dining table in the living room...it is outside the main tourist district but an easy walk to everything. Lovely bistro kitty corner across the street! The patio deck is a gift in nice weather, and if you can't sit outside the glass doors fill the rooms with light. No elevator, but the stairs (second floor) are wide and easy to manage, even with luggage.

The apartment is in a nice building in a tidy, established neighborhood, a short walk through a garden to an impressive pedestrian shopping area filled with restaurants and historic sights. There are 2 doors off the good sized living room. One leads to a kitchen, storage room and toilet closet. The kitchen is bright with large windows, a table and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The storage room has cleaning supplies, but also doubles as a closet for your clothes. There are plenty of hangers. The toilet closet has a very compact sink on top of the tank, to wash your hands. The other door off the living room leads to the bedroom and shower room. The latter is modern with a narrow tub and handheld shower. The sink is big with lots of space for your toiletries. There are bars and hooks for towels. Bedroom has big windows, too. The bed was ok. The linens were very nice. Side tables had 2 old bedside lamps, with old electrical cords, so we were not too sure about them. Finally, off the living room was a fabulous terrace. It is very nicely set up to relax and enjoy the scene of interesting rooftops all around. Most of the furniture is antique. That is not to our personal taste, but others may appreciate. The hosts are lovely people. Very helpful and charming. The city is wonderful, too.

Sylvia is a great hostess. She actually picked us up at the train station and dropped us off a few days later. Her building and room are classic French house. The apartment is on the third floor unfortunately with no elevator ( be ware of this). Apartment has nice shower, bedroom, kitchen , living room and a great patio overlooking the neighborhood. We fell in love with Dijon! The owners gave us a heads up before our arrival that there was the grand opening of The Cite Internationale de la Gastronomie and du Vin the weekend we were arriving. It’s a huge complex dedicated to the food and wine of the Burgundy area. We were met at the train station by one of the owners and taken to the Art Deco apartment building. Our 3rd floor walk up apartment had a lovely roof top deck that we enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. The furnishings are well appointed with beautiful bedroom furniture made with inlaid wood. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is pretty basic but had everything we needed for our one week stay. We walked everywhere-to museums, restaurants, the botanical gardens, and went on a full day wine tasting tour visiting several fine wineries in the Burgundy area. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. One of the owners took us to the train station on the final day. We highly recommend this apartment in Dijon!

Guy and Sylvie are awesome people - kind, interesting, generous, and excellent communicators. Sylvie met us at the train station and gave us a ride to the apartment and also provided a ride back to the train (with fun Isabelle) at the end of our stay. The outdoor terrace space is beautiful, the location is outstanding, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Do not hesitate to choose this lovely place for your stay in Dijon. We would absolutely stay here again.

We chose this property after reading all (good) reviews. All our expectations were fulfilled: close to town center, clean, spacious, comfortable, lovely terrace. Sylvie welcomed us at the train station, gave us plenty useful tips and drove us back to the train station as it was raining when we were leaving lovely Dijon. The communication with Sylvie and Guy was excellent.

The apartment is clean and spacious with a terrific terrace that gets the sun in the evenings. The location is 2 minutes walk from the centre and you get free private parking thrown in, but the best things, by far, are the hosts. Guy and Sylvie could not have been more friendly or helpful and I thank them for their hospitality. The people and the place will live long in the memory. Highly recommended.

Wonderful host- Sylvie is kind and generous and very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Dijon and the surrounding area. What a treat it was to stay at Guy and Sylvia's place during our recent trip to Dijon. The flat is the perfect size for a couple, but would certainly be fine for 4, as well. The LARGE patio is a fabulous "bonus" area, helping it to feel even larger. We absolutely adored all of the small decorating touches throughout the flat. Some of the furnishings are amazing pieces, and artwork (although sometimes quirky) adorns throughout. The location can't be beat, as it is a quiet neighbourhood that is close enough to walk to everything you need to see in beautiful -and VASTLY under-rated- Dijon. Communication was easy and efficient, and although Guy and Sylvia were away when we came, their friend Zaza was an amazing hostess, who not only picked us up at the train station, but gave us excellent advice for seeing sites in the city during our short stay. All in all, we LOVED our stop in Dijon, and much of this is attributable to our fabulous accommodations. When we return to Dijon (and we will), we hope to stay here again! J & M Udell

We were impressed with so many things: the location puts you easy walking distance to all the sights and to the the train station and tram stop. The apartment itself is lovely , especially the rooftop terrace, perfect for dining or lounging in the sunshine. Best of all just about everything you might need has been furnished by the host- two kinds of coffee , extra paper goods, , cooking basics like sugar, olive oil, vinegar etc. Usually we have had to buy these kinds of things when we rent a place. Best of all : Sylvie and Guy, the hosts. They are really generous with their time and efforts -they even drove us to from and to the train station. Sylvie speaks English and was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her city. She really set the tone for a wonderful experience. We strongly recommend that you stay with them if you are visiting the Dijon area.

A very comfortable, well furnished apartment in a wonderful location for walking to many places!

My husband and I spent six nights in this very pleasant apartment and were pleased with our stay there. We had everything we needed to live comfortably plus were able to enjoy the surrounding city view from the terrace. The owners live in the building plus there is onsite parking. A Spar store is nearby for easy food and wine purchases along with other shops within walking distance. It was our first visit to Dijon so we had fun exploring this very historic and charming city plus some of the surrounding areas. There are fascinating museums and a beautiful park close by. There are many wonderful restaurants so we had some lovely meals from ones that our hosts, Sylvie and Guy, recommended. We also booked two wine tours through the Tourist Office in town. The surrounding wine country was spectacular and we learned much about the fine wines from the area. When it was time to depart for Paris, we appreciated kindly Sébastien giving us a ride to the train station. We are happy to recommend this apartment to others. Thank you, Sylvie and Guy. We enjoyed meeting you!
