Nice apartment, host and location terrible agent.

Located on rim of UNESCO historical area. Close to DijonVille central station. The host was contactable and generally replied promptly. Agent handling property was not responsive or helpful. Even though i had paid for the apartment in full in advance, I had a 4 hour delay in accessing the apartment due to issues with their bond money app not completing the process fully several times. Issues with their app were reported and reviewed badly online by other users. Money was taken from my account instead of it being an imprint only.

I was left sitting in the cold for 4 hours, not knowing whether I would have a bed for the next four nights. Time and effort to get a response was not reasonable.

comfy bed, wifi did not work, I assume fix now since they changed the router box.

noisy at night next door - pizza shop wifi did not work the entire stay, when the tech came to fix on Monday, it was time check out time. I was awoken up by cleaner earlier than check out time, not sure why they are coming before check out time - 11am. hot water in shower lasted around 4 mins before running out

Super noisy! Avoid without good earplugs

Good location

Super noisy. It’s right on the street. Cars passing. People talking all night. Could not sleep. Also the sheets were bad (the towel like ones), very uncomfy.

It was ver clean and comfortable. Everything was there even coffee. bathroom had also everything you need. the location is very central and you can reach everything by foot. parking nearby is cheap and nice.

1. very very noisy you hear everything even with closed windows. 2. electric lock works one out of ten times. gives you a bit of a thrill when you come home in the night.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Appartement ist barrierefrei! Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Das Gkockengeläut der Cathedrale St. Benigne ist zur vollen Stunde ein Genuss.

Bei extremer Kälte (minusgrade) ist das Appartemebt fusskalt- warme Hausschuhe sind hilfreich.

Nous sommes un couple qui voyage ensemble et nous prenons soin des appartements comme s'il s'agissait des nôtres. Cependant, à notre arrivée, on nous a demandé une caution de 300 €. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre compte, mais ils nous ont fait attendre jusqu'au paiement de la caution, malgré le froid. Nous avons finalement résolu le problème et ils nous ont envoyé les codes d'accès. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et donne directement sur la rue, ce qui le rend très bruyant. Il est minuscule et une terrible odeur d'égout règne dans la salle de bain. La fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas car elle donne directement sur la rue. Deux restaurants à proximité sont constamment enfumés et l'odeur de cigarette imprègne l'appartement.

Points négatifs : appartement en rez-de-chaussé qui donne directement sur la rue, très bruyant même avec des boules-quies (j’ai loué du vendredi au dimanche), j’ai très mal dormi.

Studio confortable et équipé !

Studio très bien situé, en rez-de-chaussée, bien équipé et très propre ! Literie confortable et décoration soignée.

Rue un peu bruyante, mais acceptable pour un centre ville ! Volets et rideaux épais pour atténuer, très bien. Petite odeur dans la salle de bain et VMC bruyante, dommage 🙃

Logement très agréable sauf en cas de fortes chaleurs

Situation géographique, propreté, côté agréable, jolie décoration

Absence de climatisation alors qu'il faisait très très chaud et, comme le studio est en rez-de-chaussée , il est compliqué d'ouvrir les fenêtres et les volets la nuit. Le ventilateur est utile mais il est bruyant. Je n'ai pas pu me connecter au wifi et le livret d'accueil n'indiquait pas la marche à suivre. J'ai trouvé le code sur un feuillet de Free mais il ne fonctionnait pas !

Super !

Studio très propre. Literie très confortable. La petite cuisine est très bien équipée. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Dijon à pied et pour sortir le soir. Il faut savoir que l’emplacement est une rue vivante de Dijon le soir jusque tard (il peut y avoir un peu de bruit). C’est un endroit super pour un week end de visite et de gastronomie à Dijon !
