A good stay for exploring Dijon with an one year old baby.

It is well equipped, really quiet in the flat, comfortable bed and sofa.

We were not amused, nothing for people by bike

It is indeed directly in the center. Though you can hear the neighbors walking above you, it was quiet in the night. The owner tried to make the best out of the very limited space.

The shown pictures and the description were correct but we had not a correct imagination based on it. It is a ~12x2m room with very limited space for the bath or the bed or any luggage. It is an annex to the main building and the atmosphere was not good for us. We were disappointed that we asked where to park our bicycles and didnt get an answer and finaly found that there is simply no space for it. I recommend to read also the other negative reviews, several items we can confirm. For a simple stop-over it is ok but we had much better stays in bigger cities for the same money. We will not come back I guess. As some people wrote about breakfast: there is not. But next supermarket and bakery is 150m away, opening at 8:00.

The add says that there is a parking but in fact you have to rely on the public parking place in front of the house, which is not guaranteed to be available. The third bed is really small and you have to know that a persone longer than 165cm or so will hardly fit on it.

I appreciated the super central location for visiting historic Dijon. Communication with the hosts for checking in and out was lovely, they were responsive and accommodating. The check in time at 4pm is on the late side but we were able to come in earlier when the flat was ready at 2:30

The flat is quite dark and the spaces are rather small, so it wasn't really good for relaxing inside. The bathroom was missing shampoo and was almost out of hand soap. I personally didn't find the soft mattress all that comfortable but I understand that's a matter of preference!

The communication before and after arrival was great. Such a beautiful little apartment with a small courtyard bit for the dog. A bed that you just melted into, and a perfect location for going to somewhere to eat.

Lack of natural light. Around the door of the studio seemed a bit unsafe for kids (electric cables hanging around and dangerous stairs). Sound insulation not so good between studios (I am a bit sensitive about this).

A nice flat to stay a night in Dijon. All what you can need is there.

Great location in the city center, a lot of public parking spaces nearby. Dijon is a nice city to visit with lots of places to go out.

The apartment doesn't have a street view only a small window. A shower is quite small but still functional.

Appartement atypique dans un immeuble ancien donc frais à l’intérieur ce qui fut une excellente chose vu la température estivale en ce week-end de l’ascension. Lit très confortable et logement très bien insonorisé! Bonne communication avec la propriétaire pour les instructions d’accès .

Les instructions étaient très claires, l'appartement correspond très bien à l'annonce. Très bonne insonorisation, le lit était très confortable, l'appartement est très bien situé.

Les voisins ont fait une soirée le jour ou nous étions la, la fenetre était à moins d'un metre de l'appartement, heuresement que l'appartement est très bien insonorisé. Il manquait du savon pour les mains à la cuisine et la salle de bain, les récipients étaient vides

Super Lage, guter Preis

Die Lage ist super, der Preis war Anfangs März sehr tief. Es hatte auch zwei Kaffepads für den ersten Morgen das war super.

Das Geschirr war nicht so sauber, weshalb wir es zuerst selber noch abgewaschen haben. Das war aber das einzige, was nicht so gut war. Ansonsten war alles tipptopp.

Nettes Apartment im Zentrum von Dijon

Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr Zentral in Dijon und man ist in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr gut und für die Benutzung von WLAN und Heizung sind nützliche Nutzungshinweise zu finden.

Da sich die Wohnung in einem Hinterhof befindet kann es tagsüber etwas dunkler sein, da wir nur in den Randstunden vor Ort waren, hat dies aber nicht gestört.
