It’s highly recommended!

We were really happy with the room, it was beautifully designed, very clean, and overall a great stay. The location is very nice, in the heart of the city, with a free parking space in the area (less than 10 min walk).

The only downside was no soap and only half a roll of toilet paper for two nights, and they wouldn’t refill even after I booked two more nights. Recommended, but bring your own toiletries and soaps and stuff before your stay to avoid hassle :))

Great stay in Dijon

Lovely big space which we enjoyed. Reasonably quiet at night apart from the trains but we didn’t mind that. Great location to the old town and also the train station. Loved the washing machine and a great drying rack. Armchairs and TV excellent. Dijon is a lovely place. The owl trail was fabulous and also beautiful parks. Host was very nice and quick to respond.

No soap in the bathroom 1/4 roll of toilet paper was all there was there The £300 damage deposit made me very nervous as was done through an external link but it worked out fine. No charge was actually made as was just an imprint.

Cosy, busy and cheap

Very cosy and well cleaned, small but effective and working kitchen, host was very helpful and quick to message, black out blinds were very nice and strong WiFi, also big extension lead. Very central with walking distance to most things and a tram stop 1 minute away.

The bathroom was in desperate need of a shower curtain.

Attention !!! if you booking this property there is deposit of 300 Euros to pay on the day which is not mentioned so be carful don’t get blown by the pictures !!! My bad experience with this property is the deposit wasn’t mention on my booking . The booking money was taking from my bank so for me I though I was good to go. Once I turned up to the property the owner wasn’t there after many calls he sent me link on watsup for deposit and answered pay deposit or no entry and hang up on me 😳 He was rude to me didn’t explain anything and ignored my calls 😡 !!! First time I been in this situation for me I was choked especially paying 300 euros to inscure website . I had to change accommodation that night to another hotel and still didn’t get my refund for 2 nights that I didn’t use as he denied it ☹️

I likes place, bath, charge station, olive oil, kitchenware but I don’t like dusty, broken dishes and broken bad.

The bath really cool. I enjoyed whole weekend in bathtub. The flat looks like history room. There is charge station in the flat.

The flat is very dusty. If you have allergy to dust - it isn’t your variant. On the top of shelves I found broken dishes. When I use bad, you can fall on the floor. Owner, please, check your bad…

Ligne de train et tramway à moins de 20 mètres du logement, donc un passage constant de train, impossible douvrir les fenêtres du au bruit. Tuyaux de douche sans joint, lavabo bouché, un pauvre fond de papier toilette. Arrivée prévue entre 15 et 16h, une fois sur place a 15h45 on nous demande de rester dehors, car le ménage était pas fait. Latte de lit nos fixé, on se retrouve par terre au beau milieu de la nuit. Micro onde dans le placard sous l'évier, c'est une très bonne place avec l'écoulement de celui si au dessus.

La superficie de l’appartement, la pièce à vivre la salle de bain assez grande pour 2 personnes. La décoration de cette chambre est assez jolie.

La propreté de la vaisselle,l’état du sommier des lattes du lit. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de lampes de chevet. Il n’y avait pas de pile dans les télécommandes. Heureusement que l’hôte est venu les remplacer .

Locație excepțională pentru a vizita Cite de la Gastronomie e du Vin și centrul vechi din Dijon!

Locația este excepțională pentru ceea ce am avut eu nevoie. Locuința este decorată cu mult bun gust în stilul unei experiențe la o cramă. Mi-a plăcut kitul de unică folosință de curățenie pentru bucătărie. S-a investit mult în decoruri.

Apropierea față de liniile de tren face ca zgomotul produs de trecerea trenurilor să fie insuportabil. Mă îndoiesc că se poate face ceva în acest sens, dar după o zi, te obișnuiești și deja știi mersul trenurilor. Noroc că noaptea nu circulă trenuri. Gazda ar trebui să acorde o mai mare atenție patului și ventilatorului de la baie (să fie funcțional). Garanția despre care nu se spune nimic la rezervare este disproporționată față de costul cazării, la mine a fost dublu față de costul cazării, iar asta nu mi-a plăcut. În casa scărilor sunt niște musculițe ciudate. Trebuie să deschizi ușa și să intri în apartament și abia apoi să aprinzi lumina, ca să nu intre înăuntru. Așa am înțeles ce rost avea spray-ul insecticid din baie :) Una peste alta, a fost o experiență. Mulțumesc gazdei pentru efortul de a face locul cât mai plăcut!

Super!

Nous avons apprécié la chaleur du logement en arrivant, l'appartement était propre (oui, j'ai même vérifié les toilettes 😏) et très spacieux. La vaisselle est largement suffisante pour deux, bien que nous n'ayons que très peu cuisiné. Les petits paquets de bienvenue ont été appréciés. La baignoire est pour ainsi dire un gros plus pour le confort et la literie également. L'agencement du studio est parfaitement maîtrisé. La télé 4k avec Netflix et autre, la connexion wifi et évidemment si nous devions revenir ce serait sans hésiter. Petit plus pour la communication, je crois n'avoir jamais eu de réponses aussi rapide à chaque fois et je dois reconnaître que c'est un côté rassurant pour nous.

Nous avons tout apprécié et pour les récalcitrants concernant le bruit des trains, boule quies et le tour est joué. Nous n'avons pas eu de soucis!
