Excellent location, close to main train station and not far (10 minutes walking) from historical center of the town. Shops nearby, safe, silent and clean neighbourhood. Very good contact with host, who helped quickly with providing better lighting and fixing broken electric kettle.
An odour (seems like from sewage system) that keeps in the room regardless of window opening.

The location cannot be beat and it was a cozy, comfortable spot to be for a number of nights. Safe area, beautiful views, would absolutely stay here again.
It could use a little cleanup in the kitchen, but ultimately very comfortable.
