Stinky

Place smells very strongly of cigarette ( plus sometimes weed). Not very clean. Mattress is totally worn out ( big concavity in the middle). I spent the minimal amount of time there. My biggest criticism is that they didn't disclose that the place is totally saturated with cigarette smoke.

La chambre était froide Le monsieur avait apparent un souci de carte SIM et j’ai appelé à plusieurs reprises sans réponses, j’ai dû demander aux voisins pour y accéder et puis sonner .

Matelas vraiment pas confortable. Beaucoup de bruits . Pas de serviettes. Pas de petit déjeuner annoncé ( seulement un café) . Odeur de tabac froid . Seulement un duvet ( alors qu'on est en plein mois de janvier ) .

Je ne comprends pas comment on peut utiliser des draps mouillés pour faire le lit. Autant dire que j'ai du dormir a même le matelas.

En Solo à Dijon, qualité/prix/emplacement/accueil parfaits!

Emplacement idéal dans quartier calme, pas loin du tram . Parfait pour concert au Zénith (et même pour ailleurs, 10 à 15 minutes à pied du plein centre, en marchant tranquillement! Expo Dampt au Musée des Beaux Arts en ce moment :)) Et de quoi se substenter très près, même tard . Hôte très respectueux et qui a de la vraie conversation, autre que celle d'une transaction commerciale.

Confort à revoir, pour fumeurs, accueil cordial

Hôte accueillant. Résidence calme, sécurisée. Café au matin et petits conseils. Chambre meublée avec télévision.

Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l'annonce, le propriétaire est fumeur, ce qui peut être très dérangeant pour un non-fumeur (odeur de tabac persistante). Il faudrait le stipuler ou enlever la mention "établissement non fumeur". Le lit est très inconfortable car il s'agit d'un simple clic-clac déformé. La literie dont taie d'oreiller, avait une odeur d'humidité... Salle de bain correcte mais lavabo sale (poils). De manière générale, je ne me suis pas senti à l'aise malgré la gentillesse de l'hôte. Quelques ajustements et ce sera très bien. Prix et localisation avantageux. Bien pour dépanner.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis

Alles klappte wie am Schnürchen, da der Host, David, klare Anweisungen für den Schlüssel gegeben hatte. Obwohl wir uns nur kurz unterhielten, war er sehr freundlich (meine Französischkenntnisse sind begrenzt) und am nächsten Morgen schenkte er mir noch ein Glass Orange Juice ein ;) Für 1-2 Nächte an einer guten Lage, kann ich das Zimmer weiterempfehlen.

Wenn du es sehr sauber magst, dann wirst du dich wahrscheinlich unwohl fühlen.
