Really Enjoyable

Good location but disappointing experience.

Location was only 15 minute walk to the centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants closer than that and a supermarket across the road. Good that there was off road parking but it was under the supermarket and not necessarily secure.

Accessing the keys was not a problem but actually finding the apartment was challenging as you had to go out into the garden at the back to access the side of the building where the apartment was. Narror windy staircase could be a challenge if you are not fit and carrying baggage. Apartment was ingenious in how much the hosts had managed to get into a very small space but we felt very cramped and it was not a relaxing space to stay in. Bed against the wall so difficult for 2 people to get into and out of. Tiny shower. Nightclub a few doors down opens until 04:00 on Friday's and Saturday's so noisy.

Extremely small and uncomfortable place. Especially bathroom. The sink is the size of iPad. Difficult access through many doors and steep stairs. Especially with luggage. Confusing garage access by card. Noise till 6 or 7 am from the club nearby. Can't sleep.

Overall it’s a super cute apartment perfect for a few days stay while travelling

The location was really good (super close to central dijon, a supermarket and tram stop) and the building was really cute and the instructions on finding the apartment are really good.

There was a few ants in the apartment but nothing crazy. The shower is kindve small but definitely fine for a few days stay

Excellent

Globalement, un studio bien équipé qui donne l'impression de se sentir chez soi, situé dans un environnement calme. Le logement était propre et confortable, ce qui a largement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Nous en gardons d’excellents souvenirs et n’hésiterons pas à réserver de nouveau si nous revenons un jour à Dijon.

2 nuits cauchemardesques, à fuir le week-end.

On a enduré le "boum boum boum" incessant jusqu'à 5h30 le matin d'un "bar à ambiance" de l'autre côté de la rue 2 nuits sur 3 soit le vendredi et le samedi; on a appelé la gendarmerie (sans effet). Minuscule salle de bain avec un lave main et non un lavabo, douche très étroite avec le rideau qui vous colle à la peau.

La gentillesse des propriétaires L’emplacement et le parking

- La douche: toute petite mais surtout inservable à cause du rideau, cela met de l’eau partout (un rail vertical et un peu haut permettrait à l’eau de rester dans le bac à douche - La boite de nuit juste en bas et qui a fait du bruit jusqu’à 6h du matin alors qu’il est demandé de ne pas faire de bruit de 22h à 7h… - Lee manque demandé casserole: il n’y a que des poêles… - Le lavabo sale et avec des cheveux à notre arrivée

Récupération facile des clés, clarté des explications, place de parking à proximité, très proche du centre-ville (10 à 15 minutes à pied), vue sur jardin

Struttura accogliente, parcheggio sotterraneo compreso, piattaforme streaming attive sulle tv.

Bagno molto piccolo, abbiamo trovato dei capelli sulla seggetta.

Bof, trop petit et trop bruyant (au moins le week-end)

Le parking sécurisé juste à côté, top !

Vraiment trop petit. Un lave main faisant office de lavabo dans la salle de bain ☹️ et une douche très très petite. Problème : on avait réservé sur un week-end et tous les soirs nous avions le bruit de la discothèque toute proche avec parfois des cris de personnes certainement alcoolisées dans la rue ☹️☹️

Propreté Équipements Linge disponible , produits de toilette. Café sucre . Sérieux de la propriétaire

Samedi / dimanche : musique pas loin et fete ( sons de basse ) Une grande partie de la nuit On a réussi à dormir mais ce n était pas le top

Très bon séjour dans ce studio

Le studio est très propre et fonctionnel pour les deux nuits que nous avons passées. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment bon ! L'accès au parking gratuit est également un plus.

Un peu de bruit (assez léger) les nuits de week-end à l'extérieur de l'immeuble en raison de la boite de nuit à proximité.
