Room was not clean at all..sticky floors from where black and red stuff was spilled all over it. The tv remote buttons were stuck from sticky red stuff spilled on it. The cloth shower curtain wasn’t white anymore it was stained with black all over it and mold all on the bottom part of it from water. Mold growing on the wall/ceiling in the room. Refrigerator was leaking water inside it so when you open it water comes pouring out. The check in & check out desk was always closed with no worker.

The receptionist who checked us in was rude and not accommodating, whatsoever. Should not work customer service when dealing with people everyday. Do not recommend this hotel.

Rude staff. No toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, lotion. No coffee maker.

Price, closet and storage area, kitchen area

Staff window could be open more. Always had to wait for assistance. Caulking around shower faucet and spout need removed and re caulked. Utencils for cooking without a fee charge.

The bed was not what they said it was a twin bed they had lots of rules and surcharges and the smoke detectors went off the had no adminities it was a very uncomfortable few days

Staff charged 10$ to fix the key to the room , then told me another 10$ because we woke her up to come fix the key that was never linked to a room to begin with , very rude staff extremely unprofessional , and beds were small and uncomfortable

I wouldn't put even my mother in law at this hotel.

Booking.com said $64.99 including tax and fees but when I arrived it was $75.00. The room was dirty with someone else's food in the fridge. The bathtub drain was rusty and everything was caulked so thickly in the tub it looked like a child had done it. It was not a good experience at all and the price issue has made me not trust Booking.com.

Honesty and real pictures of the rooms. I felt like it was a bait and switch deal and that angers me greatly. And the hotel is no smoking but the 3rd floor reaked of smoke.

Honestly? I don't have one thing I can put in this box. As an avid traveler I stay in a lot of hotels and a lot of extended stays for that matter. I can't say this one even compares to the worst of the extended stay I have dove into.

-being over charges despite my booking company reaching out twice. (this will be settled later) -the fact I could not access the internet my entire stay despite needing to get work material done. The entire stay was a disappointment to say the least. First and last time for this location.

That you had to have a key card to get in there it’s spot safer that way than being able to just walk in and walk up to someone’s door

The bed was so small didn’t even have any room in it I was to tall for it no soap or shampoo for a shower but all the other hotels I’ve stayed at did
