Location, room had been recently been updated, liked the window dressing.

Hotel was being renovated so hallways and breakfast area were cluttered. Strong wind that night made the windows whistle.

Very night stay

The staff was great! I really loved the link they send you for online check in. I walked in gave them my name and ID got my key card and was done. Room was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds nice bathroom they must have a water softener because my skin was so soft. I will stay there next year if we get to go back for BOA! I forgot to take pictures before but I did take some before I left.

I didn’t know the pool was closed. I was looking forward to it.

They didn’t have any amenities they have advertised available during my stay they were renovating it smelled like chemicals. When i asked about the pool and gym being closed they refused to comp or accommodate the disappointment they said that i could not check in if id like

Nothing I didn't stay. Still had to pay but went to a better hotel.

Got to the hotel, all windows were taped with plastic.Windy day and they were spray painting the building. Have a new truck and didn't want white paint all over it. Went into the lobby and all the wall paper was peeling down the walls. Young man was trying to check me in but all three printers only printed out black pages. Then he stated that his internet was down. Then I told him I wasn't staying there. He stated that nothing he could do had to call booking .com. While I was trying to get booking.com another couple came in trying to get a room and he said his system was down nothing he could do. So I went to another hotel An still got charged for my stay. What a dump

Do not recommend.

When we checked in, the front desk only displayed a small sign mentioning some “painting” within the hotel. However, what we actually experienced was a full-scale remodel. Throughout our stay, workers were tearing out carpet in the hallways, using industrial machines, and creating loud construction noise from morning until evening. The air was filled with dust and fumes, making it uncomfortable and unhealthy to breathe. At one point, we were unable to enter our room because the hallway floor was covered in fresh glue, and construction materials blocked the path. In addition, during the painting process, our window was completely covered from the outside, which not only eliminated natural light but also prevented the AC from functioning properly, leaving the room extremely hot. None of these conditions were disclosed before or during check-in. Had we been made aware of this major renovation, we would have absolutely chosen another La Quinta property through your platform. We paid for a comfortable, safe stay, but what we experienced was a construction zone that was not fit for guests. I have photos documenting these issues. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I trust Booking.com will uphold its commitment to fair and transparent customer experiences and assist in resolving this matter promptly.

Bloody bed, broken tile but good breakfast w/variety and a pool.

I liked that it had a pool (it did have lots of families with their children) and the breakfast was good and lots of variety. The beds were soft and comfortable.

There was dried blood on the side of the bed in the first room and we ask to be changed to a different room. When we did get our other room it had broken tile in the bathroom and some in the bathroom sink as well.

Waffles were delicious as were scrambled eggs (fluffy & tasty) Pool was warm and I mostly had it to myself It was walkable to several good restaurants including Cracker Barrel and The Coachman Lots of Green spaces/Lawns Facility feels new, very clean, comfy beds, nice sized tv Plenty hot water Responsive manager “Michelle”

They had no black tea bags, only green tea I think pool should open by 9am and stay open until 11pm

Excellent pet-friendly hotel. No evidence of previous pets. Room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering. Convenient for accessing grass for pets.

Disappointed that do not care about the well being of handicapped patrons.

Elevator was down and my husband is handicapped having to walk up 2 flights of stairs each with 10 stairs. No one from the hotel notified us prior to our arrival then after taking payment they told us it was down. We were put in a room on the 2nd floor. 1st room no air conditioner so they gave us another room also on the 2nd floor. Staff did not help or even offer us a 1st floor room. Very disappointed!! Will never go back.

The staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The property manager and Britney the night attendant was absolutely professional and very patient. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The facility was very clean. They had plenty of food and breakfast was hot and delicious. I would definitely stay at this property again when I'm in Plainfield. Hotel is in a good area, close to stores and area appears very safe.
