I want to thank personally for Raj who was working on Friday morning on Oct 24th. My rental car key fob stopped working and roadside assistance was not very helpful. Raj helped me by finding out type of battery I needed and where to get it. He went above and beyond .

The room was comfortable. The Air con was noisy as was the fridge. The shower was really nice. The breakfast was just ok

We love Baymont and will return

We found Baymont thru a friend that also stays there. We do the park sleep and fly. The last hotel we were using stranded us at the airport 2 years in a row. Never again. the staff at Baymont are friendly and helpful and the shuttle is always right there. The breakfast, well I have never had such good B&G at a hotel before. It was amazing.

I have stayed at this motel many times over the last 12 years and will most likely stay more times.

I have stayed her multiple times over the last 12 years. Staff are always pleasant and very quick to get you checked in. Front area is clean and tidy. Simple breakfast for people on the go.

I was in room 231. On the outside of the door, there was red pop? splattered everywhere. The door handle/lock was loose on the door about 3/8" and wobbles. Inside of the door is filthy. I tightened the bolts on the inside the best I could, as I did not have the correct bit to fit the screws. Upon entering the room the ac/heater was making a lot of noise. When I inspected the unit, there was/is black mold on and inside the unit. I pulled the filters out of the unit and they were completely filled with dust/dirt. When I remove the filters the noise was less loud. I took the filters down to the front desk and showed one of the Ladies behind the desk and told her the ac/heater had mold in it and that if this room was this bad there was a possibility that the other rooms could be the same way and needed to be checked. She was very nice, apologized for the filters and went and cleaned them. The towel bar is very loose and I do not think all of the outlets work. Plus the TV is going to quit working in the near future.

Good value, but it needs some TLC.

I like the staff and the breakfast was ok.

I didn't like the bathroom shower, sofa bed, and hair dryer. The shower knob had dirt buildup and mold in it. The sofa bed had a flat mattress topper for a mattress that was stained and very uncomfortable. The hair dryer had so much dust buildup in it.

The pool was fun for our grandchildren. The location was convenient. The staff was pleasant.

Very outdated rooms, and didn’t look clean. Hand prints on the mirror in the bathroom, and around the door, it was filthy. Paint falling from ceiling by exit. I had a room for me, and one for my daughter. My daughter’s room stunk! Turning on AC helped some, but it still smelled like wet dog. Every day we had to get take our keys to the desk to get them to work, which was inconvenient with four small children. Breakfast was okay, but biscuits were cold! It was like they were taken from the ground put into the warmer.

Mediocre hotel

Close to highway, but quiet location. Rooom size, Amenities Indoor pool (didn't use)

Early notifications for checkin was annoying and wanted pictures of ID and pictures of credit cards. Mediocre breakfast and located in the main entrance of the hotel. Pillows are small globular ones. In the room, the cloth hangers are situated about 7 feet over, hard to reach for shorter humans. The sensor light switches in bathroom can be annoying while taking shower and can be also dangerous causing slip and fall. Please change.
