Okay Holiday Inn Express - Plainfield, Indiana.

Close to Indy Airport.

I was told that they would provide an early checkout "breakfast baggie". When I asked about it at check in, I was told that the breakfast area opened at 4 am for a muffin. No bag. Just grab it and go.

Great price, location, room, and breakfast set up close to all amenities you could want or need!

The location of this hotel was safe, quiet, somewhat secluded from the business but still close to any and all amenities that you could want or need. The room was spacious and clean and quiet, we could hear our neighboring room a little bit but not nearly as bad as most hotels are. The complimentary breakfast far exceeded any hotel breakfast I've ever had (and I travel a LOT for work and personal). The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, check in and out were extremely easy.

The pool is a little small, I'm not sure how you'd fit more than maybe one or two small families out there at a time. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase near the front desk, but I wasn't feeling well the night of my stay and when I inquired about a Sprite, Ginger Ale, or 7 Up they did not have any (not really a complaint, just maybe room to improve)!

terrible service, nice room

it was clean

They did not honor the reservation details that I had through booking.com. They gave me a queen room instead of the king room I had reserved and paid for prior to arrival. They refused to make it right unless I became a member with them even after they were provided proof of my registration and confirmation through booking.com.

I had stayed in that facility in the past and was pleased by updates. Great staff.

The holtel was just completing construction. That never got in the way of our stay. Exceptionally clean. Staff was helpful and extremely friendly. I had a plane to catch and did not have breakfast. Was able to leave my car in a safe and free place which I really appreciated.

Double charged

The only thing i didnt like is that i got double charged. Was told it was just a "hold on the money" and "should get it back in a couple days" when at check in i got told i wouldnt be charged at all till check out. So in total they put a hold on 200 dollars ....
