Clean and somewhat comfortable.

Absolutely loved how clean everything was! The rooms were updated and the staff was very friendly.

The dog barking late at night in the room next to us; when asked to change rooms we were told we could not do that. The sheets were also very itchy/startchy? If that makes sense.

Good overall with a couple things for improvement

The room was very comfortable and spacious, the staff were friendly, and there were plenty of breakfast options.

While showering, I noticed the bathtub had difficulty draining and there were some hairs left over from the previous guest. I also noticed some hairs on some of the sheets.

unprofessional staff and they charged me a extra 250.00 for a clogged toilet. the general manager Brandy was unprofessional and was not willing to hear or work with me with the outrageous price for a clogged toilet. customers think twice before booking with them no customer service and bathroom had mold on the floors wall.

I love hamptons one of my favorite stays!

Everything was very good, staff, location, breakfast

Heater in room sounding short of a jet engine. Had to keep adjusting tv volume and my husband could not sleep & he usually can sleep through anything!

The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel that was not a restaurant. It was better than eating at Bob Evens. Saved me about $40 a day. Great!!

The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate. The facility was nice and well-maintained. The included hot breakfast was convenient and tasty. The common area was spacious, which is nice when you are still trying to maintain some level of social distance.

My only negative is the bathroom didn’t have a towel rack/bar-there is plenty of space in the bathroom to add one and would help keep the room tidy, especially when rooms are not attended to daily.
