Nice place to stay for travelers. Easy access to highway and places to eat.

Clean, pleasant staff, reasonable price. We stopped here on our way home from New England. It was snowing and it was late when we got there. Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was great. We found a good place to eat breakfast close by. We make a trip to New England every fall and try to spend the night in Indianapolis on our way home. This is a good place for us to stop.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. We didn’t use much of the facilities because we weren’t there that long. It was a little bit hard to get the temperature adjusted but we didn’t use much manage to get it done.

Excellent value for money, great place to stay for short or even for longer periods since rooms had larger than usual refrigerators, microwave and even a small kitchenette.

Electrical outlet in bathroom didn’t work. A/c heat unit not plugged in when we checked in and had hard time plugging it in as one of the prongs was bent

Unfortunate

Had someone come into our room while we were out and steal food out of our fridge. With no cameras on the floor the staff clamed there was no way to tell who came in. Staff stores didn't add up with each other left us frustrated and worried about our stuff anytime we left. Manager gave us a visa card as an apology for the rough amount of missing Groceries as an apology.

Nothing special, but also nothing bad.

Convenient to the airport. My room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable.

My air conditioning unit rattled every time it kicked on until it kicked back off and the refrigerator did the same. Made for a little noisy night of sleep. Their fridge unit was out downstairs so you couldn't get breakfast to the room, as advertised, minus the few items they have out for purchase (Cereal, bars, etc)

Breakfast? I didn’t see anything posted about breakfast other than it could be delivered to the room. Nor did I see where breakfast would be. Full kitchen was an absolute bonus!

No ice machines. I turned on the ice machine in the room around 6pm. By 7am the next morning, there was only around 12 cubes.

Very clean and spacious with a kitchenette. 8 minute drive from airport.

There was no flatware or dishes in the kitchenette. Not a huge deal since we just wanted to heat up and eat leftovers from a restaurant, but definitely didn’t want to microwaving styrofoam… Luckily we were able to get a disposable utensils from the front desk (didn’t ask about plates) and just at leftovers cold.
