Very disappointing compared to successful experiences at other Staybridge locations!

The front desk and breakfast buffet staff were very nice. The two-bedroom suite was a good size for us.

Breakfast: too many refined carbs and sugary items, not enough protein or healthy options. Chairs in dining area all had dirty/stained seats. No hot water in kitchen sink in our suite. Bathroom shower leaked all over floor despite shower curtain being in place and prior water damage was evident from stains on ceiling and floor. Carpet worn and dirty. Noise from another room or suite was audible from late night to 2 or 3 a.m. and interfered with sleep in one of the bedrooms. Not enough waste baskets and ones there were were too small given that cleaning services have been reduced to twice a week. Defective desk chair. Dirty fabric on easy chair in middle room.

I had ANTS completely infested in my room. Videos were shown to staff of ants that got inside my lap top computer for work and inside my backpack and on my clothes. Ants were in the bathroom kitchen everywhere!!

Checking in process. When we arrived, nobody was at the front desk and there was no visible way to let the reception know that we arrived. We could hear the reception person's very loud personal conversation all the way from the back room. When we called her, she didn't seem to be very happy to be distracted.

It's an "airport" hotel with no shuttle service...hotels like this one used covid as an excuse to cut almost every service they could and now we all get to pay more and get less everywhere we go. Think we need a new word for this industry because "hospitality" just doesn't fit anymore.

I could happily live there!

My stay was incredible! The staff was fantastic….friendly and helpful! I had a visit from 6 children as well as several adults and the facilities were great by having a large room where we could visit and a pool which the children loved while some of us sat in the shade in a lovely outdoor space. There was nothing whatsoever that I could find during my almost 2 week stay that was negative. Oh, and their free breakfasts were delicious with an incredible variety of foods and a lovely area to enjoy them. I give this Staybridge an 11 out of 10!

Whole experience was awesome. Felt like at home. First time ever staying at Staybridge. When in need for a hotel? I will definitely look for a Staybridge. My daughter has a 2month old and had plenty of comfortable room to take care of her. Breakfast was hot and delicious. So grateful I chose Staybridge. Thank you Staybridge for the wonderful stay.

The breakfast was phenomenal. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable.

Had to ask the front desk for ice. Appears that there is only an outdoor pool. I booked a king bed with booking.com but was given a queen bed. t The man at the front desk said that the specific type of room booked is not shown to the hotel and I should never use booking.com. No attempt was made to offer a different room, and I was definitely not happy with not receiving the room that I had requested.

We enjoyed our stay.

I liked having a kitchen in the room and I liked having breakfast ready in the morning. We didn't have a coffee maker in our room and the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to get us one.

This is the first and hopefully last hotel that didn't have ice machines. We get in town and ready to go to a show and no ice. I called down and front desk said to turn on ice machine in fridge. Well, of coarse we can't wait for water to freeze so had to go buy a bag of ice. I won't stay here again just for that reason. Not sure why a hotel wouldn't have ice machines

Thankfully having the kitchen along with a comfortable bed helped to make the stay better.

The breakfast was delicious and I was very impressed with the choices and variety of hot and cold food and beverages.

I was very disappointed that the Hot Tub was not working. This was one of the main reasons I stayed at this hotel. Sure would have been nice to get a little bit of a discount since this wasn't our problem. There could have been more channel selections on the tv as well.

We stayed in room 122 and there is a large spot light right out the window by the bed. Whoever designed that should’ve been fired! Room was not dark at night.

Most of the staff was friendly. The maintenance guy was nice and was busy but got everything fixed and didn't complain.

The first room we got didn't have a pull out couch as advertised. They did end up switching our room. The second room stove didn't work and ac didn't work and the dishwasher flooded the room while we were sleeping. They came and fixed everything pretty quickly. The front desk said they would comp us a night which didn't happen. The cleaning people never came and we were there for 10 days, so we had to ask for towels and wash them ourselves, toilet paper and normal size trash bags because the bags provided are made for bathrooms. Everything around closes super early, so be prepared to eat microwave meals. Most of the staff was super nice and one of the guys gave us some ideas of what to do. I don't know that I would stay again, but after everything was fixed it wasn't horrible.

The coffee was very good. A hot breakfast was offered, along with cereal, fruit, and yogurt. It was better than a bagged breakfast. We liked our room but didn't find the dishes right away, they were in the dishwasher, clean, lol.

Would like to have had tastier eggs and the info as to where the dishes were hiding.

The room was awesome. The bed was very clean and comfortable. I liked the bed covering and the 4 pillows. The bath was clean. The staff was very friendly and responsible and knowledgeable. The room was larger than i expected. The kitchen was complete and clean. It was filled with all the dishes and pots and pans needed to cook.
