Good value for money, good location, good stay

Quite nice property, two bedrooms and kitchen was included. Breakfast supplies for the first morning was a nice gesture

Great property for families

The location was beautiful and quiet. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was a lovely walk from the train station, and Sarnen was a wonderful base to explore Switzerland by train. We didn't have a car, but there was plenty of parking also.

If you do not have a car, groceries are a bit farther, so bring a comfortable bag to carry your food back to the apartment.

The property was in a a nice and quite location 5 minutes drive from the lake. There were small items of useful cooking items available such as oil pasta etc. and for breakfast & Jam/butter to cover us for the morning. 👏 We liked the shutters on the windows. The kitchen/diner was big enough. Parking onsite was really useful for our. Driving in between the lakes & the mountains was really amazing to see the natural beauty of Switzerland.

The double bed made noise every time we turned around during sleep. This needs checking and repairing.

Sarnen is well located to visit several interesting spots in the region. Clean place, functional and private entrance. Nicely equipped apartment. Good fourniture of towels, cookware, etc...

Poor (nearly no) view on the mountains. Nobody to welcome us or to provide any explaination on how to use the facility (electronic heat pump) and what we can use or not at the place. Poor isolation with the neighboring apartment, kids were jumping all afternoon on the terrasse above our heads and we had to support the "boum boum boum" during hours. Cold tile flooring with no carpet anywhere, zero cosyness.

Beautifully well equipped property, one of the best we have stayed in as you can cook and feel right at home.

We were told check in was 3pm, the listing says 4 which is already very late. We then were told that check in is 5. we get there at 5 and cleaner had just arrived, wasn’t able to check in until 6:30pm. No apology by owner. Had to run our car for 1.5 hrs in cold with groceries with little kids who were starved. Zero reimbursement or recognition of the fact it was 3.5 hrs after they said.

Best apartment I've ever rented😍

What an amazing apartment! Impeccable cleanliness, wonderful view of the mountains next to the lake. Easy check in, keys stay at the door.The apartment is fully equipped and everything is brand new. Large apartment very well decorated, I spent 3 amazing days with my family. Congratulations to the hosts, your apartment has a very good energy, I'm sure everything is done with a lot of love. I will definitely come back.❤️

we had a great Stay, very comfortable apartment, ground floor, place to park the car just in front, quiet place. 20 minutes walking to Sarnen downtown, a place to discover, and 30 minutes by car from Lucerne.

Exceptional

Very nice for family stay, away from noise of highways. There is quite good space for kids playing ground and freedom. Well managed and fully equipped with whatever needed to make your stay perfect and conformable. Strongly recommend for families. Hosting was well managed with a big thanks to Karin.

Nothing to add except the lake view is not available, just 5mints walking distance.

Wenn diese Mängel beseitigt werden (vor allem der Gestank aus dem Abfluss) würden wir wieder buchen!

Regelung der Schlüsselübergabe und gute Lage nicht weit vom See entfernt. Ruhige Gegend!

Erst nach der 3ten Mail und 2 vergeblichen Anrufen habe ich Antwort von der Besitzerin auf meine Fragen erhalten, obwohl der volle Preis bereits bezahlt wurde. Wäre hilfreich gewesen, sie eine Woche vorher zu erreichen!!! Wir hatten ein Kleinkind dabei und wollten es baden: kurz nachdem wir das Wasser in die Wanne laufen ließen hat es ganz fürchterlich angefangen zu stinken! Extrem übler Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Wir mussten alle Fenster und die Haustüre öffnen (bei Minusgraden), um den Geruch wieder los zu bekommen. Einige Deckenspots (Leuchten) gingen nicht. Fett tropfte aus der Abzugshaube, sollte mal gründlich gereinigt werden! Gerne darf sich auch die Besitzerin bei den Gästen erkundigen, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Dann hätten wir gleich die Mängel ansprechen/zeigen können.

Prima huis, maar verschrikkelijke slechte eigenaresse!

Redelijk schoon huis, op een rustige plek, er is een eigen parkeerplaats naast het huis. Ongeveer 5-7 minuten lopen met 2 kleine kindjes naar het meer. Daar is ook een grote speeltuin aanwezig. Je kan zelf koken in het huis, er is genoeg keukenmateriaal aanwezig, handdoeken e.d. we hoefden van onszelf weinig spullen uit de auto te pakken, bijna alles was al aanwezig in het huis.

Contact met de eigenaresse..... is er tot op de dag van vandaag niet geweest. Ik heb via de app van booking.com onze aankomsttijd doorgegeven, maar 0 respons. We kwamen aan bij het huisje en daar was toevallig de schoonmaakster nog bezig (lieve vrouw) en die ging daarna weg... we moesten aan haar vragen of en hoe we het huis in konden komen. Via haar zijn we uiteindelijk het huis in gekomen. De eigenaresse vangt veel geld, maar is in dit geval niet in beeld geweest. Niet netjes en zeker niet als gastvrouw. Wi-Fi code nergens te vinden. Ook gevraagd bij de eigenaresse, maar geen gehoor. Daarnaast is de wasruimte tussen de twee appartementen in geplaatst. Normaal gesproken lijkt mij dat geen probleem.. maar wel als er Italianen om 3 uur 's nachts aankomen, gaan wassen en drogen en om 10 uur in de ochtend weer vertrekken. Om 3 uur was iedereen in ons huis wakker vanwege de wasmachine/droger geluiden.

התאורה בבית חלשה מאוד , אין מזגן ( היה אחד נייד שלא הוציא אוויר קר וגם לא מספיק לשני החדרים) . היה חסר מלח ביקשנו מהמארת והבטיחה שתביא עם עובדת הנקיון יום למחרת ולא הביאה , ביקשנו מהשכנים .

Het appartement was goed voorzien van de nodige benodigdheden zoals borden, glazen, comfortabel bed, voldoende huishoudelijke producten enz..

De locatie. Dicht bij het meer, dat was goed, maar ligt eigenlijk op een binnenplaats tussen verschillende huizen. Totaal geen zicht op het meer en tussen de daken door kon je wel een glimp van de bergen opvangen. Het was heel warm binnen en de mobiele airco maakte meer lawaai dan koude lucht. Daarom vinden wij de prijs van 760 CH veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. De foto's bij de boeking geven een vertekend beeld van de locatie.

Tolle große Wohnung

Wunderschönes, großes Apartment mit allem Drum und Dran. Blubberbadewanne für Menschen, die das mögen, Regenwalddusche, Standarddusche, Duschgel, Handseife - alles da. Hervorragende Matratzen - zum ersten Mal seit Ewigkeiten keine Schmerzen. Auch die Verdunklung war Klasse! Im Kühlschrank Butter, Milch und Aufstrich; auf dem großen Küchentisch Toast und Sweets. Nespresso mit Kapseln gab's auch. Wirklich toll! Die schöne Terrasse haben wir zeitbedingt nicht genutzt, wirkte aber sehr gemütlich.

Schade, dass unser Kontaktwunsch vorab unbeantwortet blieb. Das hat uns bis zuletzt ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit gegeben. In Badezimmern gibt es häufig viel zu wenig Licht - so auch hier. Zum Schminken nicht optimal.

Temiz ve konforlu idi.İhtiyacımız olan hersey tesiste vardı. Ev sahibimize ulaşmak kolaydı.Cok memnun kaldık.

Booking deki fotoğraflara bakınca göl manzarası olacak zannettik.Göle çok yakın olmasına ragmen, manzara yoktu.
