Nothing :)

Very nice location and food.
As often in Switzerland, owners give the feeling you are annoying them by just being present/ speaking another language than Swiss German. Could be improved.

Amazing views, nice bedroom, very friendly staff
Didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom but didn’t have any issues with that. It was clean and always free

The view, the beds, the sauna was great. Cozy with a familiar feel. Exceptional staff. The walls in the rooms were poorly isolated from sound, but on arrival we were given earplugs. They really thought of everything.
The jacuzzi was too cold for comfort (29,5 C), and controls for the tub are so obscure that we ended up mostly trying to turn the heat on instead of enjoying the experience. We gave up and just used the sauna.

A hidden gem. An absolutely beautiful place with amazing people and a 'Michelin Star' chef!
Everything was perfect.

Great location, friendly staff. We only had breakfast, so we cannot judge the other food, but the breakfast was superb, really high quality ingredients.
The whirlpool was superb, never had such a view from a whirlpool.
The road to the hotel is 'exiting' to say the least, but it is worth it.

Fantastic views and very off the beaten path. Excellent kitchen
The shower is good for washing your navel. The sprayer hanger was barely a meter above the floor.

I had one of the best weekends away ever. The hotel is in a very beautiful location with stunning views. I loved the ride to the hotel by the snow taxi. when we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and genuinely friendly. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such hospitality where every single member of staff have been authentically welcoming. we felt looked after at all times. The food was delicious and I tried every single beer they had and some wine. the spa was a perfect way to finish our stay. our dogs loved the snow. we feel very relaxed and will definitely come back. thank you and keep doing what you’re doing.

Incredible views and location. Well worth the drive up the hill. Room was clean and extremely well presented, bed was comfortable and had two duvets which is always a bonus. Shared bathrooms were spotless.
Spa and sauna area was fantastic and included in price, able to book an hour slot which was perfect.
Welcome drink included and able to pay for just coffee instead of full breakfast in the morning to enjoy excellent views on the deck. Chairs outside has covers to keep you warm.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very calm relaxed atmosphere.
Would absolutely recommend to others and return to stay. Excellent value for money.

The view, the staff.
It was super clean.
I wasn't actually aware I had booked a shared bathroom, it wasn't until I read one of the reviews the night before we arrived, by which time the free cancellation period had expired. I looked again at the booking and it was still unclear. Perhaps this could be made clearer?
The breakfast was very expensive for what it was, and we didint bother.
The bed was quite hard.
We were also going to bring our 3 very small dogs, but the charge was CHF25 per dog per night, so we didn't bother.

Arrived last minute because another accommodation fell through. The staff was lovely: they put on the whirlpool and offered me a drink. super nice.

The hotel had a great common area. Staff was super friendly. They make their own beer and wine there. That beer saved my nervous system after the drive I had to go through to get to this location (more on this later). There is free parking on premises (obviously being that you in a village on top of the mountains). Views from the hotel were breathtaking. Breakfast was very good!
The drive to get to the hotel was so nerve-wracking and scary we almost didn't make it there. It isn't readily obvious on booking or google maps that you have to drive through a forest on a single-track dirt road with a cliff on one side and a gorge on the other. And it is not s short drive... If you run into an oncoming car, you're screwed! Plus for us it was already dark and was raining... if we had gotten stuck there, bears would have enjoyed our company for sure. The hotel branded merchandise they sell up there costs like Prada... Rooms are literally tiny. We couldn't even open 2 carry-on size suitcases at the same time. I had specifically paid extra for a room with a private bathroom but we still ended up being offered a room with a shared bathroom. We argued and almost didn't get what we paid for. When I asked the staff why the hell they even have shared bathrooms in such a nice looking hotel they said that this way they have to clean less bathrooms. Go figure... Lastly, taking a GPS navigation there takes you through a village and you have to drive between 2 houses with a 2-meter gap. I had to fold my side view mirrors and still barely got through on a compact crossover SUV. I have no idea how Toyota Prada or even Audi Q5 would squeeze through (my Q3 had maybe 1 cm room on each side). When I mentioned this to the staff they said "oh yes, the navigation takes you through that village but there is also another way..." You would think they would provide this warning ahead of time, right? Well, they don't... This gap was the beginning, then came the cliff-hanging offroading drive up the mountain and through the forest. I literally thought my GPS had lost its mind in the swiss alps but being that it was almost 11 PM I had no choice but to keep driving forward hoping that there was an accommodation of some sort at the end of this road and that Jason was not waiting for us there with a chainsaw.

Amazing views even from the room. The jacuzzi is a must have experience with the view directly on top of the mountains. Amazing food, friendly staff and great selection of the homemade beer.

A bit long way there, but it was worth it.

They were very very nice with us. We arrive late when the kitchen was close but they manage to serve us an amazing fish & chips fried with beer. The location is outstanding and the room was comfortable. It is true that you may hear other rooms, but there were earplugs for that.

The road up there was scary

Great location, at first we were scared of the roadway to the property, but it went really well, nothing special for Switzerland. Great hosts very cheerful, restaurant and breakfast was the best from all of our stays. I’m glad that we didn’t miss out the opportunity to visit a sauna and a jacuzzi with the stunning view

Decent, clean room. The view from the property is exceptional. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a room with the view but you get plenty of it at the breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff, they even called to check if we wanted to order something for dinner before the restaurant closed since we were getting a late check-out.
The way to the property is pretty tough, better don’t book this hotel if your car isn’t really fit for crazy mountain roads. Also, though the breakfast was nice, they don’t serve any warm dishes.

great spa
The rooms were relatively tiny with a small window, however, overall the facilities were good

The hotel is located on the mountain, so the view is beautiful, the restaurant serves very tasty food. also it’s really nice that as a hotel guest you can use hot tub with nice view and sauna for free. Everything was very clean. Service is high level. Thank You for a stay.
Only one thing that I didn’t understand, on Booking.com the information says that each room has private bathroom, but in reality there are 2 very clean bathrooms for one floor.

Amazing place with great views and super friendly staff. They were very accommodating for our family and it was child friendly with a lovely little playground for little ones. Our two year old daughter had a great time! And so did we! :-)

This is our second time at the hotel since finding it as a random pit stop to break up a long journey. Now we go back just to stay. We love that it is fairly remote and that you have to walk/skin up. The spa has incredible views and the food is very tasty but not the cheapest. We will return again.
