    Really lovely hotel, especially for couples. Staff was genuinely very helpful with organising surprise for my partner. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel for the moment 😊

    Got upgraded, nice room, just TV vent adjust the brightness when I watch my netflix. Shower head is fixed on the top so every time I have shower you need to wash your hair what's your face and face. Other than that nothing that I'm not happy with it.

    Very comfortable bed, very clean, all excellent facilities very pleasant helpful staff, only lacking a usb port to charge up our phones.

    I paid £*** to stay for one night including breakfast. This price did NOT include access to the bar, or restaurant - booked for a private party. In addition it did NOT include a room with a working TV, or with 2 bedside lights that worked. The breakfast was acceptable though.
