Clean, great facilities, lovely breakfast and nice food and bar and seating area at the bottom of the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful

Pillows a bit uncomfortable but that’s just me. If travelling by car be mindful that parking is not available outside the hotel for long stays. Parking is available near a leisure centre about a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Hotel does give a QR code for a discount which certainly helped!

Exceptional hotel! Cheap, very clean and comfortable

Large bed, clean room, friendly staff, bustling environment with cafe downstairs, good location beside the station, swapping the daily clean for £5 voucher in the cafe downstairs, loved this! Delicious breakfast, plenty of choices, beautiful breakfast room.

Unbeatable location, and the service was excellent. The fact that you can skip the cleaning service in exchange of a voucher in their restaurant is a great eco-friendly idea!

Perfect place to stay for a Cambridge adventure

The location was perfect for walking into town and getting to The Junction. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were kind and helpful. We’d definitely stay again. Very stress free check in and check out.

It was clean and well placed to explore the City. Conveniently placed near the station.

The food in the restaurant was patchy with a number of items unavailable later.in the day. Service also rather slow with too few staff available. I ordered a pizza which took 30 minutes to arrive! It was seemingly not possible to order breakfast items as described.

A confortable modern hotel, located next to the railway station and a short walk from history.

Arrival for us went well, especially as we were an hour delayed due to LNER missing a connection. The location is good right next to the station, and a reasonable walk to the city centre. If we were on business it would be even better as it is right in the business centre, if you are a tourist and want to walk in, a diversion to go across Parker's plot.

The time it takes to get served in the downstairs cafe. Whilst the staff are excellent, the number of staff is not leading to bottlenecks.

The location was very good, the room was perfectly servicable for our needs.

The receptions/bar area only had one toilet available for men/women and disabled user and it was filthy with excrement all over the back of the toilet seat

The hotel is right next to the train station but the room was still very quiet. The room was also very clean and the breakfast very good!

I find it quite expensive if you're traveling alone. Also the bathroom looks like a plastic cubicle (only had a bathroom like this once, and it was on a cruise ship).

A nice stay and just so convenient to the train station and other tourist spots.

This hotel is right next to the Cambridge train station which is really convenient. The buffet breakfast was really good and plenty of choices to choose from. The staff at reception were very accommodating and helped me to change rooms without any problems. Sainsbury and Tesco's so very close by.

Could have had some information about Cambridge eg transport options, tourist spots in the room. Instead had to ask the staff for information but this wasn't really a big deal.

Convenient and comfy stay in Cambridge

The hotel is brilliantly convenient when arriving and leaving by train. We were able to check in quickly and head straight into town. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. We loved the generous buffet breakfast which offered lots of choice. The price is very competitive compared with other places. Would happily stay here again.
