Rooms size is very good. Twin and double bed still leave a good space for you to move in room. However double with sofa bed to accommodate three in one room becomes too tight. Washroom and shower area is also very good. Breakfast very nice and decent. Scrambled eggs , hash browns, porridge, cereals, fresh fruit, bread and tea coffee. Hotel also have bar at the lobby. have seen small groups enjoying after spending day. Location is not central. It is around 10/15 mins by taxi. May be good for people having work in nearby.
Charged parking for the hotel guests. This should not be as they have got a big parking place. Good is they have couple of EV charging slots but they were also very slow.

The breakfast itself was tasty and good.
The room (no. 27) smelled bad like smelly socks. Most likely due to previous flooding from the bathroom. Sink plug would not move, so no water could drain away.
