I will not be staying there again

Easy to find right by the motorway and an easy drive into the town centre.

It was filthy - the floor, the bedding and the matress. This alone will put me off ever staying there again.

Essential stop for travelling to central or southern France

The room was clean and basic. On site staff excellent. Great value for money.

Dry convenient location

Black mould in bathroom. Difficult shower. Burns on bead spread and floor and wall stained mattress , damaged basin. Shabby room. Poor breakfast. Only bread ,jam and yoghurt but good coffee and juice

Bad visit

The beds although small were comfortable,and nice bedding too.

On arrival were told no 45 on the second floor after requesting a ground floor room with disabled facilities.,then from a grumpy receptionist we're given no 2 ,not disabled and next door to a homeless family with a barking dog..we will Not Return.

Mouldy rooms

The price and beds were comfortable

Mould all round the door and up the wall. The hand soap hanging off the wall Toilet did not flush and when it did it, the water kept running. It would not flush again. Luckily we were leaving. The coffee machine broke so we had to have instant coffee.

Value for money. Lovely staff. Friendly and helpful. Places to eat nearby. Breakfast good for the price. For once, I didn't bang my head on the above bed bunk! 😅

Toilet flush was a bit dodgy. I had to push it several times to stop the water from running constantly. Car park lacked CCTV and was a bit dark.

Only 1/2 hour from Le Shuttle. Staff were friendly.

Cell Block H!!!!

It was close to Calais to get the ferry

I’ve seen better prison cells! Couldn’t pay cash upon arrival as suggested. Room was small, bathroom door handle hanging off, pubic hairs on toilet, no towels or shower gel provided, uncomfortable mattresses, stains on sheet of top bunk, room had an odour of a grandparents house who has smoked for 50 years. Couldn’t wait to get out of there first thing in the morning to get our ferry. In my words ‘cheap and cheerful’ to my daughters ‘no Daddy just cheap’….

The hotel is easy to find close to the motorway shopping & petrol stations close to hand, we had traveled from Spain and used it as a last stopover before catching the Euro tunnel

Avoid! Unless you're desperate.

There were places within walking distance to go and eat. A good view of the Uk coastline from the balcony. Easy access to road network. Comfortablish bed.

Tired decor, which included: broken toilet seats and general tired decor. Parking spaces were tight. Security barrier no longer working. Did not feel safe, open access to doors, general lack of security. Scenic homless tent just outside the gate!

The friendlyness of your staff. The breakfast was great, set us up for the very long journey to follow.

The rediculous noise, long into the night, by the selfish couple and their unruly child in the next bedroom. As so many British seem to stay could you possibly have at least one English speaking channel on the television.

Thé bunk bed was so low that it was easy to bang your head and get cut. This happened twice. The bunk bed needs to have better protection at the corners.

the accommodation was very cheap. the staff was polite and correct at all times. convenient location near the motorway if you need to spend a night on the road.

the room was not tidy, it had coffee stains in the table from the previous user, our toilet door did not close and the smell from the toilet was unpleasant, making it worse as I could not close the toilet door. It was very noisy until late at night (not hotel’s fault but other guests)

Not what we expected at all bearing in mind other Premier Classe hotels the we have used in the past

Not much.

The main door would not close properly and the light switch was fixed into the bed head without a switch cover and gaps around it where the hole was cut. Premier Classe is the wrong description for this hotel.

A hotel that satisfied our basic requirements.

This is a cheap hotel with good local restaurants and ideally located near the motorway for travellers. The staff member present during our stay was very helpful and pleasant, especially under the circumstances. Thank you.

On the night we stayed there, the Door Card System was not working, meaning the bedroom doors could only be manually unlocked by the on-duty staff member with the master key. This made entering the unoccupied room (e.g. after having dinner, etc.) a little unpredictable as there would be no guarantee the staff member would be available. A short term issue, I'm sure. Also rain water came into our room during the night from the main door which soaked everything laying on the floor around it. Luckily this was the home leg of our journey and it could all be cleaned.
