You got what you paid for no frills . It closed early at night . Breakfast was 8 euros they don’t do decent breakfast in France so I’d not wasted your money overall an ok stay

The fact that somehow my booking was changed to the triple room on the ground floor. This room has no view whatsoever and if definitely not anything like shown on the booking photo.

I trusted booking.com to show me the truth, the photos show this to be a lie.

staff are excellent unfortunately everything else is dismal.

The place is nothing like the photos. From the restaurant which look typical French and is now a store room. The stair and hall carpets are stained and in dire need of replacing, the rooms are small with a decor that hasn't changed since it was built making it old and tired, shower barely work and that small anyone overweight or 6' tall wont fit, rooms are very noisy and really hot so ether close the windows to keep out the noise or shut them and suffer the heat. The whole place is dreadful and in need of a total renovate 20 years ago. |The one saving grace is the lady who runs the place who couldn't do enough for my wife and I making us feel less duped into booking there. Beware if your thinking of booking here.

Suitable cheap room and facilities for a short overnight stay close to Calais en route to Spain.

There was ample car parking spaces in front of the hotel. I arrived late just off the ferry but the hospitality was good and storage available for my motorbike luggage. Nice bar and only a 10 minute walk from the town centre bars and restaurants. Room and ensuite were dated but sufficient. Continental breakfast was good.

I arrived on a motorbike and had to leave it chained up outside the front door in the street.

We didn’t stay, we booked another hotel in St.Omer.

Nothing about this place. The “ reception area “ was untidy and smelt of burnt food. This was just the precursor to what we experienced in the bedroom. The shower was filthy and mouldy Supplied toiletries consisted of a used bit of soap, used towels were left hanging above the sink. The “wardrobe” consisted of 2 or 3 hooks behind the bedroom door. Tea/ coffee was 1 paper cup with 1 sachet of coffee and no milk along with a small kettle all sitting on a dirty shelf. We couldn’t steal ourselves to try the bed as we knew we weren’t going to stay in a smelly bedroom

Close to the motorway and close proximity parking.

No carpet,stained shower in the bedroom! Poor soundproofing and was told by the proprietor to keep the TV volume down and turn it off early at night as she was in the adjoining room! Both her and her husband could be heard making noise at 12•30 am ! Curtains not big enough to close properly.

The room was at the top of the stairs, Room was tatty really needs a good clean and painting bed covers need to be thrown out and new ones. Painting wouldn't go a miss and the shelving is at a dangerous height could take your eye out. Then was asked to pay 2 euros for Tax ..why wasn't this already included in price. Was no milk or cups in Room.

At Everything about this Room To where it was Top of stirs very noisy building.Room was tatty and really unclean covers need to be thrown out and Replaced, Room could do with repainting shelves are dangerous could take somebody's eye out. Wasn't given any cups or milk oh yes we did get 2 bottles of warm water 2 tags 1 coffee sachet. Then was asked for 2 euros for Tax.shouldnt that of been included in the price. Couple who ran it she was was nice but her partner was always shouting at her.not good at all

it was cheap. beds reasonably comfortable. shower hot. tv worked. Wi-Fi worked. 10-15 mins from main square in Boulogne . hotel owner quite friendly when she turned up

nobody there when we arrived late afternoon, so had to ring a number on the door and hang around 15-20 mins for someone to let us in. strong suspicion duvets and blankets had not been washed, although sheets seemed clean. not a great area of town for cafes restaurants and other amenities
