Stayed here many times over probably 20 yrs, with young children and now with 2 dogs. Very convenient for a nights sleep after a late tunnel when all you need is safe parking, an easy out of jours check-in, a clean room and a comfortable bed. All was provided at a very reasonable cost. The lovely coffee/ bread/ croissants / juice for breakfast gets the next day off to a good start too. Went all in this year and booked an en suite- clean shower, towels loo and sink. Used to use the communal facilities when the children were little and never had a chaise to complain though.

Anything more would have been superfluous ( and added to the cost) for what essentially needed to be a warm dry room and comfortable bed for an 8 hour stop over

We just spent the 1 night here as we were passing through, but it was ok.

Easy to find, using common sense and not the satnav, Very convenient for The Shuttle Rooms are small but we know that but they do have their own facilities. Our dogs are made welcome. Private secure parking is appreciated.

Location

I was expecting an en-suite room as advertised. The shower rooms and WC’s were located at the end of the corridor. The hotel did not feel safe. I immediately left and booked a room at another hotel.

Good place for short stay.

Free private parking on site. The location of the hotel is close to the Euro Tunnel going from France to England. This was the main reason for me to book this hotel. Very polite and very helpful man at the reception. Good breakfast. Good wifi in the room.

The room was very small and the bathroom as well. TV channels only in French language. The only reason I have booked this hotel was that is not far from the Euro Tunnel as I was travelling from France to England.

Perfect overnight stop for the Channel Tunnel

It was exactly what I wanted: ideally located for the Channel Tunnel the next morning, very close to the Auchan hypermarket for last minute shopping, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel itself, although classed as "basic", provided a very clean, comfortable place to stop for a night, with plentiful, secure parking. As usual, the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. All in all, it was perfect for my needs, at a very competitive price.

Near to Le shuttle

Dirty bed sheets covered with hairs on the duvet and a dirty shoe print in the shower. Was moved to another room but hairs again on the bedding and bathroom. Had to clean the surfaces with wet wipes and set alarm very early to leave. Do not recommend unless desperate for a room.

Not easy to access after 21:00 when the reception was un manned. No answer when phoned the number provided. Breakfast was meant to open at 06:30 but didn’t open until 07:30.

Clean and efficient. Good supply of usb sockets. Efficient security process too.

Rooms were incredibly small but I’m used to boats so didn’t really bother me but other members of the group weren’t as accommodating. I left a power supply and the hotel stopped communicating with me (I had an opportunity to change my plans to call back for it) so in the information it states that all items will be recovered but the detour wasn’t viable unless I’d had confirmation.

It did everything it needed to do

The location was excellent as it was near the port. The cost of the room for what we had was also excellent. The hotel and space itself is extremely secure and gated, and we felt safe to leave our car outside.

The WiFi could be better as it kept disconnecting and another mirror in the bedroom would be nice.

It was close to the ferry port and easily accessible

Bed was rock hard. Room was very warm and opening the window was very precarious. Limited parking - had to park on the grass. Unfortunately some cars had taken two spaces. Bathroom was too small.

Very basic functional hotel in a good location only 10 minutes from Le Shuttle and close to the beach. Nice restaurant opposite. Room was small but everything we needed for a 1 night stop over. Breakfast was good value.

Handy location for Le Shuttle. The receptionist gave us rooms on the ground floor at the front of the building so we could park our Harley’s right outside the window to the room.

You get what you pay for!

The location and the staff. And the price, although I would rather pay more another time and get a bigger room. We used to stay in Formula One hotels many years ago, and decided to do so again from a convenience point of view as it was so close to Eurotunnel. I don’t remember them ever being quite so basic and with such small rooms.

The room was so small, sparsely furnished, it was very hot and we couldn’t have the window open because it was on the ground floor with the car park right outside. It was noisy, cramped and generally a pretty unpleasant experience.

Easy to get to from Tunnel Rooms small but exactly what was needed Showers and toilets are plentiful down the corridor in individual pods - very clean Cafe on site but plenty of other options nearby including a lovely Boulangerie 5 mins drive

Beds were very hard Check in is self service which is expected for the price but arriving late you need to figure out how to get into the car park first then checkin to get the car in

Terrible

Just after I arrived a coach load of teenage students arrived .I was woke up at 4.10am by the nosie of them getting up and leaving I got up at 4.30 as could not get back to sleep.i left at 5.05 as no point just sitting there. Had I known that there was going to be a coach load of students getting up at 4.10 am I would not have booked I should have be told this I payed for a room to sleep in and got hardly any sleep I put my alarm on for 9am .I don't see why I should pay as I did not get what I payed for.I will be expecting a d demand a full refund and will never stay there again or recommen that hotel .I would like a speedy response from you
