Pretty much what we expected for a budget hotel. All the basics, and none of the frills. We slept well, the bed was comfortable enough and the secure parking was a big bonus for the motorbike

Ideal location before traveling onto to the Euro Tunnel and back home.

Secure parking at an extra cost which was good for our motorbikes. Only a short walk into the town centre that has plenty of pubs and places to eat.

Whilst it claims parking available we were told we couldn’t park in the compound as it was full even though there was 15 spaces available. Had to drive around to find parking in the street.

Did not stay there. Could not find the place as there was no number on the door. Eventually found it with the help of neighbors.

Presentation of the place was shocking from the outside. Not sure why it is even on your list. You should check it out. There were no sheets or towels and the floor was spongy. It would be nice if we could get our money back. We had to find another hotel in town. Not impressed. It was a waste of money.

Cleanliness of the hotel rooms. Heating was far too hot with no means of turning it off. Bed bugs- Wife and son covered in bites!! Mould in bathroom with thick dust and dirt in all parts. Bedding dirty. The breakfast room was far too small for the size of the hotel, meaning we had to have breakfast in lobby as there was no seating! The bunkbed steps down into a window opens fully inwards, which is un safe. People were coming and going all night trying room door and there were a lot of dogs in the hotel, although we didn't hear them, the obvious lack of cleaning that goes on makes you wonder how hygienic it actually is in there. The hotel stunk of smoke and the staff were often rude too. Will be sending email to Charles McEntire ceo of ibis Not acceptable and complaint to Ibis on its way.

It ticked all of the boxes to ensure we had everything we needed for the nights stay and breakfast

Sat nav took us to parking behind the hotel, so we parked in the wrong area it would seem in a heavily populated area with little parking . Not a problem luckily next day and no fault of the hotel
