Okish stay near the station

Despite being a very old facility, the room and bathroom were clean. The towels provided (5€ additional) smelled really fresh.

We paid way too much for what we got. The rooms and building are really old, the breakfast is underwhelming.

sorry for talking like that....I'm telling you the truth...I didn't like much...when I arrived the facade was ugly...in the photo it wasn't bad...I won't be back good luck

this is the first time I have stayed at a hostel.. I will never go back to a hostel, there is no television in the rooms..., there is no internet, when I arrived I had to make my bed myself and add everything... the pillowcase, bedspread, duvet cover, in the bathroom there is Nothing.. no soap, no towel.,.. if someone wants to go Here

The breakfast is included in the price. It is a decent all-you-can-eat buffet with a pretty wide choice of food.

The prices of double rooms are too high for what you get. Room was generally clean but we found hair on the set of blankets. Finally, you are forced to pay a membership fee on top of the "tax de sejour (total of 2.60 euro)". This thing is not specified in advance and is asked without too much explanation. Not a big cost, but still not very transparent.

Fine, if it's what you're expecting

The staff were friendly enough and arranged somewhere for me to store my bike. Breakfast was good.

This is a typical French youth hostel (rather than a traveller's hostel) and was pretty much what I expected. It's expensive in comparison to traveller hostels; I'm currently elsewhere in somewhere half the price with a lot more facilities. It wasn't easy to find; in the middle of a housing estate.

Very pleasant stay

Very friendly staff, very helpful, we travelled by bike and we could even put our bikes indoors for protection at night.

There was no baby cod for our 1,5 year old, so we were allowed to put a mattress on the floor so it was not high if she would roll off.

Great Hostelling experience for an overnight stop in Boulogne

Excellent location, directly opposite Boulogne Ville station (90 seconds walk) so good for Interrailers. Basic facilities, and OK maybe a little dated in places, but clean and comfortable rooms ideal for a budget stay. Excellent staff who were very helpful and welcoming. Very good breakfast that was included in the room rate. Close enough to walk into the centre of the town. The bed was very comfortable!!

There were no lockers in the room that I was staying in. Don't judge the hostel by it's external appearance :)

Can you let people help themselves? the lady on duty can just stand there but it's the people who help themselves.

You can put in small pièce of soap. After the sea, it is the least of things.

Chambre très froide malgré le chauffage à fond ,fenêtre pas bien étanche grosse entrée de froid. Bruit, mur pas bien isoler entre les chambres. Prise de courrant qui ne fonctionnais pas .

- La proximité de la gare. - Les parkings gratuits autour de l'auberge. - chambre individuelle relativement spacieuse.

- La Saleté (cheveux, taches..) - Très peu de choix au petit déjeuner et l'oubli de mise en service du distributeur de jus de fruit. - l'isolation de la chambre où le froid et le bruit extérieur se font ressentir sûrement à cause du simple vitrage et de la vétusté. - Justement la vétusté de l'établissement. - le matériel inapproprié ( matelas plus petit que le sommier ) - Certaine personnes du personnage n'ont pas l'air très aimables.
