Pleased with this hotel

I stayed here for one night, with my dog. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which, in addition to a comfortable bed, included three armchairs, a large desk with chair, and a small table; the bathroom was spacious as well, and the entrance area was large enough for a suitcase rack and a small table. The room was well-lit and there were also three large windows. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Boulogne beach is directly across the road, and there is a pedestrian crossing nearby. Although my room faced the road, I was not aware of traffic noise during the night, and any noise during the day was barely noticeable. If travelling by car, the hotel is easily accessed from the A16 motorway and vice versa if arriving from / departing to the north. From the south you have to go through the city proper but the route from the A16 to the hotel is relatively straightforward.

A great place to stay

Great location, staff could not have been more helpful and the room was really big and comfortable- we were also upgraded. We ate in the hotel’s restaurant and the food was incredible.

It was a classical hotel. It had a high end feel. The food and service in the restaurant was outstanding.

Comfortable hotel close to the sea (and Nausicaa) with an outstanding restaurant.

Comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. Good little balcony with a view across the road to the sea. Wonderful evening meal in the restaurant. Friendly staff throughout. We have stayed here on our way back to the Tunnel in each of the last 3 years, which shows how much we like it.

The only real issue with the room this time was that the air-con didn't seem to work. This wasn't serious as the weather wasn't that warm but it did mean our having to leave the balcony door open all night to keep the room sufficiently cool.

Friendly, helpful staff. Secure parking. Traditional French hotel very nicely renovated. Comfortable bed. Very good restaurant. Nice breakfast. Did not manage to use indoor pool. Opposite Nausicaa, which was reason for visit.

Great place, easy parking, nice facilities and excellent food.

The food was delicious, the staff at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were nice, the pool as well. Clean.

We were told beforehand that we couldn't book with the restaurant for dinner, however when we asked in person, we were able to be sat at the restaurant in 15 mins. Perhaps some miscommunication.

The pool was cold at 7am but I was told later I needed to tell reception if I was going to the pool The parking is really tight even for a small car - but it is very secure
