I enjoyed my stay and it was in a perfect location for my purpose.I would stay at the hotel again

Very clean and the staff were pleasant. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Room very small. It was difficult to open a large suitcase and lay it flat.

Not as good as usual

Very noisy in the morning as they had had a delivery of mattresses. Twice someone knocked on our door despite us putting label on door that we didn’t want to be disturbed My husband wasn’t well and it was very annoying.This hasn’t happened before as we had stayed here previously.

it’s erroneously situated on Google maps until you’ve arrived. It was situated next to the Office de Tourism. In fact, it’s next to the Leclerc supermarket.

Good location, very easy to find. Large car park. The rooms are quite small but they are very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is good quality and good value for money.

I have stayed several times in this hotel in the past and enjoyed it . However , I Do not like the new booking system . A caution of 100 euros is taken from your account under the name DELFI , which at first I thought was a scam. ! Granted, it is only pending , but on a short trip, if you have a prepaid Visa card , this is taken into account, as for the money left available . It would be alright if the transaction was cancelled quickly but it is not. It is the only Kyriad I have used which operates this system. I appreciate problems in rooms can arise.

Beds are really comfy. Reception staff very nice.

Dining room much too hot and stuffy in the evening. Would like air conditioning or windows/doors open. It was also too quiet so you felt uncomfortable talking. A bit of low music playing, or even a TV on in the background, would be better.
