Nice and cosy, with very friendly and helpful staff and an amazing restaurant

Lovely beach location.
the hotel is lovely and right on the beach. Lovely staff and room serviced well every day. Great wifi, and TV. Ideally located for both town restaurants and ships as well as beach.
The room was small for a double and felt cramped. We only had breakfast once; it was OK but very busy and we decided not to repeat the experience.

A very unsatisfactory stay: we hereby request a partial refund - see above
no positive points regarding room
room: very small, no room to store clothes since 'wardrobe' was full with ventilator, suitcase stand and safe (which didn't function), We had to walk sideways around the bed to pass each other. The view was onto street, not courtyard. In the end, our experience of this room was so claustrophobic that we requested another room. None was available, despite vague promises (the staff did their best to find a better room but without success). We requested a refund but the response was negative. Instead we were told to contact booking.com. In the end we left the hotel early (on 9 July) and moved to another hotel where we stayed 4 nights. This cost us 320 Euros (4x80 Euros per night) - see attached bill. We therefore consider it fair to request a refund from you for 320 Euros.

Excellent location. Right at the beach. Beautifully decorated. Stylish and original. Nice staff. Very clean. excellent shower. Spacious corridors. Weather forecast in the lift.

good location
Unhelpful and wouldn’t allow us to pay to park. They said it was full when it clearly was not. Studio block was rather shabby on the outside. Beds weren’t made when we arrived.
