Close for access to le shuttle.
Pool was closed , as were the tennis courts. No prior notice. Room changed when we arrived. Not an up grade, but a down grade with no price adjustments

Location. Newly refurbished room, gardens, bar and restaurant staff.
Nothing

Location, gardens, good size rooms, fair price.
The service in the restaurant and bar is variable at best. I stopped here on the 24th november and the restaurant manageress was one of the least helpful people I have experienced in a hotel. I then stopped here again 27th November, a completely different set of people and very good service.

Large corridors and rooms, warm and well serviced rooms. Grounds for walking dog.

The location is very good. We had a substantially large room and bed which was very comfortable. The rooms are a little dated, but very good value for money. Breakfast has an excellent range of food. Staff are very polite and professional.
A lamp in the room and satellite tv for a wider range of viewing.

Quiet location with good parking. Spacious room
Shower poor trickle. Garden had once been nicely planted but had seemingly been neglected for several years

Good spacious room
Doesn’t seem to have a wine list at the bar and not terribly helpful bar staff

The handicapped room was a bit far from the car park

It is conveniently located and easy to access with the bonus of a swimming pool. Compared to Le Touquet prices and availability it's a reasonable option for if travelling and staying in the area for one night. It's not luxurious but it is comfortable and the staff team are very nice.
It's fairly basic for 180 euros. The bed is vast and comfortable however, the shower excellent and there are enclosed grounds convenient for a dog run-about which we valued. Dinner was fine, despite the dining room being a little soulless. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Nice large ground floor room with bathroom, sitting area and terrace at rear of hotel. Quiet with wooded outlook. Hotel has nice lounge bar. Good spot for touring Hauts de France.
Bar service poor……staff shortage?

Very comfortable and very welcoming of golfers!
Not much - the restaurant is a bit humdrum.

Nice place with a chilled vibe. Room bigger than we were expecting and although we arrived late in the evening the guy at reception could not have been more welcoming and helpful - big thank you to him! Our stay was very short as we were just passing through but everything was smooth and enjoyable, just what you need as an overnight stop on a long journey! We enjoyed the beach in the morning with our dog before we set off again for another long drive.

It was really peaceful around the hotel, very lush green and cost/quality. It was comfortable, clean, nice and delicious breakfast (except scrambled egg). Reception sitting area was also nice.
I think any hotel in the world with at least 3 star should have a front desk who can communicate in English which was missing in this hotel. Also, our bath tub was blocked; we only washed our kids feet for a couple of mins and it was already blocked.

Great location, lovely surroundings and great facilities.
Dinner is expensive but there are some good restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was ok. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.
The staff were not helpful. The so called bar snacks were an unappetising sounding meal and expensive.
The room had a terrace but the table and chairs were soaking wet and dirty.

only French TV channels available

Absolutely pathetic desk manager, with a terrible attitude to customers. The breakfast used to be fantastic but now is so poor you are better off buying something in the supermarket. Ans what idiot can come up with an idea to remove soap and use a squeeze bottle, but cant be reached while inside the bath.
staff, food

Comfortable large bedroom, clean and well equipped, with additional sitting area. Safe parking, a smart modern lobby and good checkin. Facilities look good but mine was just an overnight pit stop. I would definitely book again, especially when travelling with family or friends.
The restaurant closes at 9pm. I had reserved a table but was late - blame the M25 not Eurotunnel. The bar area offers 'bocaux' - dishes in pots - I ordered 3 courses (rillettes, fish and rice, and pudding) which were tasty but added up to the cost of the restaurant menu. But the staff did not seem to be used to such service and it was not seamless.
So - make sure to be in time for the popular restaurant or eat elsewhere before arriving!

Large room with table sofa and terrace . Clean and nice bar and restaurant area.
The room was not so warm but it was exceptionally cold outside too ! Restaurant menu very limited and only average. 1 page for food menu but 4 pages for wine !!!! Difficult to get taxi to take us and collect from hotel and reception did say it was an issue. Uber app worked but no available drivers so it was an hour wait.

Able to have small breakdast before our early departure. ( before dining room opening time)
Comfortable bar/ lounge area.
Bed comfortable
Dog friendly
Bar and reception staff friendly and welcoming
No restaurant open. Bar food was limited and very strange. Microwaved in glass jar. Could have been presented better.
Bedroom heating was poor. Small radiator for a large room. Not sufficient in January

Excellent hotel but not perfect for a winter stay lovely grounds
we booked the room and asked a couple of questions on the booking site unfortunately we didn’t get a reply one of the questions being about the restaurant menu, on arrival at 19.30 the hotel was like a ghost town the receptionist was in the lounge watching television, after checking in we where informed the restaurant and bar had just closed ( truth be known we don’t think it had actually opened ) we where told the only food option was Hardelot which had limited food venues due to winter
a little annoying as if the hotel had responded we could of made more suitable arrangements

bar man was fantastic. staying open even though there were very few hotel guests.
no restaurant was a little annoying. however, the town was just a short car journey away

The location was great for us. An early stop from Calais after a late afternoon start. Then on through France to Spain on our motorbikes in the morning.
The restaurant was only running at 60% capacity. They could not fit us in (8 0f us) even though it was empty when we walked in. We found a table at the hotel half a km down the road.

breakfast was basic but acceptable. lovely, relaxing environment around hotel. The room was very spacious, and had everything you could need. Comfy bed and loved that toilet was separate to bathroom. Mid day check out was great too, meant we could leave leisurely
The restaurant was fine but very limited menu and restaurant ambience could have been more cosy.
